Product Usage Instructions

Downloading the App

• Scan the QR code provided in the user manual to download and install the Da Fit App on your smartphone.

Charging the Watch

Before first use, ensure to charge the smartwatch by connecting the charging cable to your adapter or USB port on a computer.

Pairing the App with the Watch

1. Open the Da Fit App and complete your profile setup.
2. Navigate to Devices and select Add Device.
3. Choose your device from the list of available devices or use the MAC address displayed on the Settings About page for identification.

Using the Touchscreen

• The touchscreen allows you to access the control centre, menu, and various function pages of the smartwatch.

• AI Voice Assistant: Activate your phone’s voice assistant by tapping the icon on the watch.
• Silent Alarm: Set alarms in the app for vibration reminders.

• Q: Is this smartwatch waterproof?
• A: This smartwatch is IP67 waterproof, meaning it can withstand splashes and brief immersion in water. However, it is not suitable for swimming or showering.
• Q: Can I change the watch face?
• A: Yes, you can change the watch face through the Da Fit App by selecting different watch face designs available in the settings.
• Q: How do I reset the smartwatch?
• A: To reset the smartwatch, go to Settings > About > Reset on the watch. Make sure to back up any important data before performing a reset.

Charging the watch

Use the touchscreen

Phone call

Connects to the watch via Bluetooth from the phone to make and receive calls
(Note: Other functions need to be connected to the watch via the app (Da Fit) to use them).

Please note when using

1. If the watch has been connected to another mobile phone, please disconnect it from the original mobile phone first.
   At the same time, the watch will restore factory settings once you have completed the settings.

2. Please note that the Bluetooth name of the call connection is G106

3. Please do not leave the phone more than 5 meters away from the phone during a call, otherwise the call quality will be affected.

Smartwatch functions

AI voice assistant

• Tap the icon to activate the phone’s voice assistant. You can use your watch to control your phone’s voice assistant.

Silent alarm

• Set the alarm in the app and the device will vibrate to remind you of the time.

Remind you to exercise

• The device vibrates to remind you to move after an hour of sitting.
• Note: You can turn on/off the function in the APP.

Sleep
When you wear the smartwatch while sleeping, it can display the hours slept and the quality of sleep both on the screen and in the APP.
NOTE: Sleep statistics reset to zero at 8:00 p.m.

Heart rate check
The smartwatch can record your heart rate throughout the day. You can also tap the side to start measuring heart rate.

Pedometer
The smartwatch automatically counts your steps on the screen.
Note: Your movement statistics will reset to zero at midnight.

Training
Tap the workout icon in the menu to start a new workout recording. There are 123 sports to choose from, the last training recording is displayed on the training page.

Blood pressure measurement
Tap the Blood Pressure page to start measuring your blood pressure. The most recent blood pressure measurement data can be displayed on the blood pressure page.

Tap the Spo2 page to start your Spo2 measurement. On the Spo2 page, you can view the recent Spo2 measurement data.

Weather
It could display today’s and tomorrow’s weather information on the weather page. The weather information will be synchronized with the APP after connecting, it will not be updated if the connection is lost for a long time.

Message reminder
The device can sync incoming notifications from Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc. The last 5 messages can be saved.
Note: You can turn on/off incoming notifications in the APP.

Camera control
Your watch can be used as a remote control for your phone’s camera

Music Control
Your watch can be used as a remote control for your phone’s music player.

Other features include a stopwatch, alarm, timer, brightness, mute, power save, factory reset, power off and more

Stopwatch
On the stopwatch page, tap the Start button to start timing and the Stop button to stop timing.
