GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Before commissioning this device please read the instruction manual carefully.
  2. Please keep these instructions, the guaranty certificate, the sales receipt and, if possible, the carton with the inner packaging!
  3. The device is intended exclusively for private and not for commercial use!
  4. Always remove the plug from the socket whenever the device is not in use, when attaching accessory parts, cleaning the device or whenever a disturbance occurs. Switch off the device before. Pull on the plug, not on the cable.
  5. In order to protect children from the dangers of electrical appliances, never leave them unsupervised with the device. Consequently, when selecting the location for your device, do so in such a way that children do not have access to the device. Take care to ensure that the cable does not hang down.
  6. Test the device and the cable regularly for damage. If there is damage of any kind, the device should not be used.
  7. Do not repair the device yourself, but take this to nearest authorized service station.
  8. Keep the device and the cable away from heat, direct sunlight, moisture, sharp edges and such like.
  9. Never use the device unsupervised! Switch off the device whenever you are not using it, even if this is only for a moment.
  10. Do not use the device outdoors.
  11. Under no circumstances must the device be placed in water or other liquid, or come into contact with such. Do not use the device with wet or moist hands.
  12. Should the device become moist or wet, remove the mains plug from the socket immediately. Do not reach into the water.
  13. Use the device only for the intended purpose.
  14. The baking surfaces get very hot. Touch the handles only.
  15. Put the unit down onto a heat-resistant surface or mat.
  16. In order to prevent heat from building up, do not put the unit directly underneath a cupboard. Ensure that there is enough space all around.
  17. Beware of steam coming out when you open the baking section.
  18. The nut can burn, so never use the nut maker near or below curtains and other inflammable materials!
  19. A risk of fire and electrical shock exists in all electrical appliances and may cause personal injury or death. Please follow all safety instructions.
  20. If the supply cord is damaged. it must be replaced by the manufacture or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
  21. The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating.
  22. Charcoal or similar combustible fuels must not be used with this appliance.
  23. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  24. Appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
  25. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

BEFORE USING YOUR APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME

  • Clean the plates using a damp sponge rinse and dry carefully.
  • After applying a fine coating oil to the plates, close the appliance and plug it in. The indicator light (red) will come on.
  • Allow it to heat up for several minutes to get rid of the new smell.

USING YOUR APPLIANCE

  • After the baking pan is cleaned, put it into the product. When the baking pan is placed properly, the light sounds can be heard;
  • Power the product for heating the baking pan, The red ‘Ready’ light will come on. Once the appliance reaches the right temperature, the setting indicator light(red) goes out;
  • Open the appliance and lightly the oil the plates;
  • Pour the nut batter into the hole of the ellipse part of the plate;
  • Immediately close the appliance, using the handle, so that the batter is evenly distributed over the whole hole of the ellipse part of the plate. Do not hold onto the handle of the appliance during cooking, as this will prevent the batter from rising;
  • The cooking time is about 6~8 minutes and will vary according to the composition the batter;
  • Use the wood or plastic tools (such as small scoop) to take nut out of the product. The sharp and hard metal tools shall not be used for such purpose;
  • After use, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down.

CLEANING

  • Before cleaning the appliance, unplug it and allow it cool down.
  • Never place the appliance in water or under running water.
  • To clean the outside of the appliance, use a damp sponge and dry carefully.
  • To clean the plates, use a damp sponge with washing up liquid. Rinse and dry them with care.
  • If there is any batter backed onto the plate, we would advise using vegetable oil to soften it and waiting 5 minutes before removing it.
  • Never use a scouring pad or powder.

RECIPE

Ingredients
  • Flour: 2 cups
  • Eggs: 2 pcs.
  • Oil: 200 grams
  • Sugar: 0,5 cups
  • Baking soda: 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: the tip of the knife

PREPARATION

Heat the oil in the bowler. When the butter melts, add sugar and mix well. Remove the boiler from the heat. Then add half a teaspoon of soda, vinegar. Separately, beat the eggs, add to the cooled mixture. Gradually add flour and mix thoroughly until a uniform mass is formed. The dough should be quite thick. The dough is ready and you can start cooking delicious nuts.
