Laserliner RollPilot X12 Straight Lines Measuring Wheel
Completely read through the operating instructions, the „Warranty and Additional Information“ booklet as well as the latest information under the internet link at the end of these instructions. Follow the instructions they contain. This document must be kept in a safe place and passed on together with the device.
Function / application
The mechanical distance-measuring wheel is designed for use on straight lines and curves. The mechanical measuring wheel delivers accurate measured values when measuring distances of up to 9.999,9 m. The moving pointer shows the exact start and end positions. The folding design and transport case makethe measuring wheel easy to carry.

The mechanical counter is set to zero by pressing button 7 or lever 8 .

To measure from wall to wall
- Position the device with the rear of the measuring wheel against the wall.
- Move the measuring wheel straight to the other wall.
- Read off the measured value and add the diameter of the wheel.
To measure from wall to spot
- Position the device with the rear of the measuring wheel against the wall.
- Move the measuring wheel straight to the marked spot.
- Read off the measured value and add the radius of the wheel.
To measure from spot to spot
- Position the pointer (9) on the first marked spot.
- Move the measuring wheel straight to the other marked spot.
- Read off measured value.
Information on maintenance and care
Clean all components with a damp cloth and do not use cleaning agents,
scouring agents and solvents. Store the device in a clean and dry place.
Calibration
The meter needs to be calibrated and tested on a regular basis to ensure it
produces accurate measurement results. We recommend carrying out calibration
once a year.
