Specifications
- Model: V5 video doorbell
- App Compatibility: WOWCAM or AIWIT app
- Wireless Connection: WiFi (2.4GHz, non-bridged)
- Power Source: Batteries (included)
Installation
- Install the WOWCAM or AIWIT app on your phone from the playstore.
- Open the app.
- Click on “add device”.
- Select “add manually”.
- Choose “smart doorbell”.
- Select “Vseries”.
- Select your WiFi connection and enter the name and password of your WiFi router.
- Click “Next step”.
- Install the batteries in the V5 video doorbell and press the reset button at the back of the video doorbell.
- The blue LED will start flashing.
- In the app, select “blue light has flashed”.
- A QR code will appear.
- Scan the QR code using the video doorbell camera.
- You will hear a ping sound when the connection is established, and the blue LED will start flashing faster.
- In the WOW app, select “green light is flashing”.
- Select “save”.
- Give the connection a name.
- Installation is complete!
Setting Sound
- Go to the app settings (gear symbol at the bottom), select “sound”, and set it slightly below medium as the starting position.
- Ensure a strong WiFi connection using 2.4GHz WiFi.
- Please note that the sound may have some delay depending on the strength of your WiFi connection on both the receiver and sender side.
Pairing the Chime
- You can easily pair the Chime with the video doorbell after installation.
- Plug the Chime into a wall socket and press the top button until the blue LED on the front lights up. Immediately press the doorbell button on the video doorbell, and the Chime will be paired.

Installation V5 video doorbell
NB
- There is a flap on the back of the doorbell that provides access to the USB connection to charge the batteries. Insert batteries (not included) and charge completely with a standard USB charger with micro USB cable.
- The Videobell can also be powered via the connection at the back with an alternating current adapter with a voltage between 16 and 24 Volts, a so-called bell transformer.
- The batteries are then not needed
- To use the bell optimally, you can use the WOWCAM app or the AIWIT app
- Depending on the strength of the WiFi signal, the bell may sometimes have some delay between the moment you press it and the notification from the bell and/or app
Below you will find the installation steps of your V5 video doorbell
- First install the WOWCAM or AIWIT app on your phone via the Playstore
- open the app
- click on add device
- choose add manually
- choose smart doorbell
- choose Vseries
- Choose your WiFi connection and enter the name and password of your WiFi router
- choose Next step
- Install the batteries into the V5 video doorbell and press the back of the Video doorbell reset button
- The blue LED flashes
- Choose blue light has flashed in the app
- QR code will appear
- scan this with the video doorbell camera
- You will hear a ping when the connection is made and the blue LED will flash faster
- In the wow app, choose green light is flashing
- choose save
- Give the connection a name
- Done!
In the app, go to settings (lower gear symbol), choose sound and set it
slightly below medium as the starting position.
Make sure you have a strong WiFi connection and use 2.4GHz WiFi
Use non-bridged WiFi
The sound will have some delay depending on the strength of your WiFi connection (both on the receiver and transmitter side)
You can easily connect the Chime to the Vodeo bell after you have installed
Adeze.
Plug the Chime into a wall socket and press the top button until the blue LED
on the front lights up. Then immediately press the call button on the video
doorbell and the Chjime will be connected
