Getting Started
- Plug the transmitter into your car’s cigarette lighter socket or 12-24V power port.
- Look for “bt” to flash on the transmitter display.
- Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth and search for nearby devices.
- Select the device named CT-BTFM2A when it appears.
- If prompted for a password, enter 0000.
- Once paired, the FM frequency will show on the transmitter display.
- Tune the car radio to an unused FM frequency (e.g., 106.2).
- On the transmitter, press and hold the button until FM frequency flashes. Use buttons to match the transmitter frequency with the car radio frequency.
Operations – Bluetooth Call Functions
- Press the button to answer a call; Hold it for 3 seconds to reject.
- Press the button to end a call.
- Double press the button to redial the last number; Press again to cancel.
- Hold the button during a call to switch audio between phone and car stereo.
Charging Your Devices
The USB port on the right charges at 5V/2.4A.
Music Playback
- Insert a microSD card or USB flash drive (in the left USB port) with audio files.
- Files play automatically.

GETTING STARTED
FM Transmitter uses FM radio to play calls and music (coming from your phone via Bluetooth) on your car stereo.
- Plug the transmitter into your car’s cigarette lighter socket or 12-24V power port.
- Look for bt to flash on the transmitter display.
- Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth and search for nearby devices.
- Select the device named CT-BTFM2A when it appears.
- It usually connects automatically; if prompted for a password, enter 0000.
- Once paired, the FM frequency will show on the transmitter display.
- Tune the car radio to an unused FM frequency, e.g., 106.2.
- On the transmitter, press and hold the button until FM frequency flashes. Then, use buttons and match the transmitter frequency (e.g., 106.2) with the car radio frequency. Now, audio from your Bluetooth device will be played on your car stereo.

TROUBLESHOOTING
- Cannot pair Bluetooth device with transmitter:
- Keep your device close to the transmitter for a stronger connection.
- Check if the transmitter display is flashing bt. If not, unplug and plug it back in.
- If CT-BTFM2A does not appear on your phone’s Bluetooth list, refresh and search again. Wait for up to 1 minute for the device to appear.
- Make sure no other device is already connected to the transmitter.
- Disconnect your Bluetooth device from any other connected devices before pairing with the transmitter.
- Audio issues
- In areas with many FM stations, some frequencies might be crowded and can clash. Try changing your car stereo’s FM frequency and match it on the transmitter.
- Make sure the volume is up on the transmitter, car stereo, and your device.
