Installation Instructions
- Remove knobs[C] and lock washers[D] from the preinstalled mounting screws on the mounting strap[G]. Retain knobs and lock washers.
- Attach the mounting strap[G] to the outlet box[I] using the strap mounting screws[H]. The mounting strap can be adjusted to suit the position of the fixture.
- Grounding instructions:
- a. On fixtures with a hole and two raised dimples on the mounting strap, wrap the ground wire from the outlet box around the green ground screw and thread it into the hole.
- b. On fixtures with a cupped washer, attach the ground wire from the outlet box under the cupped washer and the green ground screw, then thread it into the mounting strap.
The fixture is provided with two (2) ground wires. Connect the fixture ground wires to the outlet box ground wire using a wire connector after following the above steps. Never connect the ground wire to the black or white power supply wires.
Make wire connections according to the reference chart below:

Note : When parallel wire (SPT 1 & SPT 2) is used, the neutral wire is square-shaped or ridged, and the other wire will be round in shape or smooth.
- Note: The fixture should be installed in the down position (light shines downward) ONLY. Push the fixture to the wall, aligning the mounting screws protruding from the mounting strap with holes in the canopy. Make sure all wires are inside the canopy and do not get pinched between the mounting strap and canopy or wall and canopy of the fixture.
- Slip lock washers[D] over the threads protruding through the holes in the canopy (2 places).
- Screw knobs[C] onto the threads protruding through the holes in the canopy (2 places) and tighten to secure the fixture to the wall.
- Adjust the shade[A] (Fig. 1) by loosening the adjustment screw[B] at the fixture joint (turn slightly counterclockwise), adjusting the shade to the desired position, then re-tightening the adjustment screw (turn slightly clockwise). DO NOT COMPLETELY REMOVE THE ADJUSTMENT SCREW FROM THE FIXTURE JOINT.
- Insert the recommended bulb(s) (not included).

1. What type of bulbs should I use with this fixture?
You should use 13-watt max T10 LED bulbs only. -
2. Can I install the fixture in an upward position?
No, the fixture should be installed in the down position only (light shines downward). -
3. How do I adjust the shade of the fixture?
To adjust the shade, loosen the adjustment screw at the fixture joint by turning it slightly counterclockwise. Adjust the shade to the desired position and then re-tighten the adjustment screw by turning it slightly clockwise. Do not completely remove the adjustment screw from the fixture joint. -

- This fixture is intended for installation per the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all local code specifications. If you are not familiar with code requirements, installation by a certified electrician is recommended. Failure to adhere to these codes and instructions may result in serious injury and/or property damage and will void the warranty.
CLEANING
- Always be certain that the electric current is turned off before cleaning.
- Only a soft damp cloth should be used. Harsh cleaning products may damage the finish.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Remove knobs[C] and lock washers[D] from the mounting screws that are preinstalled to the mounting strap[G]. Retain knobs and lock washers.

Attach the mounting strap[G] to outlet box[I] using the strap mounting screws[H]. The mounting strap can be adjusted to suit the position of the fixture.

a. On fixtures where the mounting strap is provided with a hole and two raised dimples, wrap ground wire from the outlet box around the green ground screw, and thread it into the hole.
b. On fixtures where a cupped washer is provided, attach the ground wire from the outlet box under the cupped washer and green ground screw, and thread into the mounting strap.
