INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. On side of fixture with fixture wires, thread connecting tube [P] onto coupling [R]. Tighten to secure.

  2. On side of fixture without fixture wires, thread other connecting tube [P] onto other coupling [R]. Tighten to secure.

  3. Carefully slip a candle sleeve [F] over a socket [A] and push sleeve completely down over socket until it is seated against the socket base. Repeat for remaining candle sleeves and sockets.

  4. Attach one locking chain link [J] to each decorative loop [L].
NOTE: Locking chain links can be opened and closed by threading the nut on and off link end.

  5. To each locking chain link [J], attach one chain [K].

  6. Attach remaining locking chain links to the free ends of each chain.

  7. Attach these top locking chain links [J] to loops [H].

  8. After all locking chain links are closed, on side of fixture with fixture wires, weave fixture wires through links of chain no more than 3 inches apart. Pass fixture wires through loop [H] and into canopy [D].

  11. Loop safety cable [B] over the mounting strap and attach to the mounting strap or to the inside of the outlet box to secure in place and prevent damage to the wires during wiring.

  12. Grounding instructions: (See Illus. a or b).
    a. On fixtures where mounting strap is provided with a hole and two raised dimples, wrap ground wire from outlet box around green ground screw, and thread into hole.
