Ensure that your Twinkly Strings and your smartphone or tablet are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Plug in the Twinkly Strings power adapter and connect it to an electrical outlet.
Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet.
Open the Twinkly app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your Twinkly Strings with your device.
Once paired, you can use the Twinkly app to fully manage your Twinkly Strings.
To choose and create effects, select the desired options from the app’s interface.
You can apply a timer to automatically turn your lights on and off at specific times.

Twinkly’s patented mapping tool uses your smartphone camera to locate the precise position of each LED in the space, however, they are laid out. This powerful and innovative process lets you control your Strings like a screen: you can play professional, pixel-perfect effects and animations right on your decoration.
Twinkly’s App enables you to create bespoke light design installations thanks to a wide range of pre-made effects and animations, as well as the ability to create your own effects from scratch using the FX Wizard creation tool.
