WANTJOIN WZ-CBJFM-11CUS Glass Polishing Machine
WARNING
For your safety, please read the instructions before using the machine.
- DO NOT touch the hot surface to avoid burns.
- DO NOT immerse the product and cable into the water to avoid electric shock.
- MUST beware all ages under 18 or areas near children when using the product
- UNPLUG the product and let it cool down before cleaning or after using.
- ONLY find the nearby authorized service agency for inspection, repair, and adjustment when the appliance, cable or cord is damaged.
- NEVER use not from the manufactured electrical appliance to avoid injury.

- DO NOT hang the wires on table edges or any hot surface.
- DO NOT operate or place the product near hot gas or electric stoves.
- MUST be careful when moving the machine that contains hot oil to avoid burns.
- MUST turn off all control or function keys before unplug the product
- NEVER use the product for other purposes.
- KEEP and SAVE the instruction property.
IMAGE OF DISASSEMBLE FUSE
- Step 1: unplug the machine and open the hot air outlet. Replace on new heating wire by passing through the hot air cylinder. (A circular hole is placed at the side of the hot air outlet cylinder).
- Step 2: Put the heating wire into the hole next to the cylinder and snap the hot air cylinder into place (show as some as the Image).
- Step 3: USE a wrench or other tool to regularize both sides after placing the hot air net.
- Step 4: Both black and white wires contain in one heating wire, black is connected to the 3rd hole, and white is connected to the 4th hole.
- Step 5: To con-1)1ete the maintenance, use a screwdriver to regularize the wire and energize it

- Step 1: Unscrew the fuse tube lefthand side for around 90 degrees of the machine with a flat-blade screwdriver, the fuse and its’ cover will pop out.
- Step 2: Unscrew the fuse tube lefthand side for around 90 degrees of the machine with a flat-blade screwdriver, the fuse and its’ cover will pop out.
- Step 3: Insert the replaced fuse and tighten the screw.
INSTALLATION
Please install the brushes when it is the first time using the machine 5 brushes Cup cleaning machine Installation:
- Installation of Brush Position: A 1×7.5-inch brush are installed in the middle and the other 4 brushes(4×8.7inch) are installed on the other four sides.
- Brush Installation: Align the bottom of the brush and the column of the rotating shaft, press it down and rotate in counterclockwise, and twist it into the card nitrate.
- Removal of the brush: Press the brush head down and rotate it clockwise and take it out of the brush.

- Installation of Brush Position: 2×7.5-inch brushes are installed in the middle and the other 4 brushes(6×8.7-inch) are installed on the other four sides.
- Brush Installation: Align the bottom of the brush and the column of the rotating shaft, press it down rotate in counterclockwise, and twist into the card nitrate.
- Removal of the brush: Press the brush head down rotate it clockwise and take it out the brush.

WARNING
- ONLY cleaned without water stain able to polish with the machine.
- Install the dry brush correctly and better polishing effect.
- NEVER let water splash into the air outlet to avoid the machine. short- circuit.
- NEVER press the brush too hard to avoid slipping the belt.
- Motor works continuously and will easily overheat to trigger the protection. Suggest to rest 20 minutes every hour working to keep brush dry.
