• Installation
  • Follow the steps below to install the machine:
  • Attach 2x Right Wheel and 2x Left Wheel to the rotating shaft of the machine.
  • Install the Roller on the left side of the front of the machine.
  • Use 2x spacers, 2x clips, and 2x springs for clamping and buffering.
  • Fit the 1×90 aluminum ring on the sealing film installation.
  • Use 3x L-Wrench to unscrew the aluminum plate screws.
  • Install 1x Motor Sensor Needle for debugging the electronic eye.
  • Use 1x Silicone Plug to block the heating plate hole.
• Parameter Reset Settings
  • To adjust the parameters, follow these steps:
  • Press and hold the Sound button for 3 seconds to enter the parameter adjustment mode.
  • Press the Sound button to cycle through the selection mode (P001-P006).
• Error Code Tips
  • If you encounter any error codes, refer to the following solutions:
  • E1-E4, E11-E14: Machine wires error. Contact the After-Sales team for assistance.
  • E10: Motor Sensor Error. Use the Motor Sensor Needle to adjust it.
  • E51/E52: Contact the After-Sales team for further support.
• Button Features
  • The machine has the following buttons:
  • POWER: Press to start the machine.
  • TEMPERATURE: Use to adjust the temperature based on the specific area temperature and cup texture.
  • SOUND: Controls the beeping sound and indicator lights.
  • AUTO ROLLING/CANCEL PAUSE: Controls the rolling function and pause of the machine.

Product Usage Instructions

• Maintenance
  • Daily Cleaning
  • Follow the steps below for daily cleaning:
  • Switch off the machine and unplug it.
  • Wait for the machine to cool down.
  • Use a soaked soft cloth to clean the heating plate and maintain a regular sealing effect.
• Blade Cleaning
  • Follow the steps below for blade cleaning:
  • Apply the Red silicone Plug to the workplace hole.
  • Add warm water or soap water.
  • Long press PAUSE for 3 seconds to initiate the Blade Cleaning Process.
  • The process will clean the blade 5 times before exiting.
• Weekly Cleaning
  • Follow the steps below for weekly cleaning:
  • Use a wet soft cloth to clean the electronic monitor groove every week to maintain sensitivity.
  • Apply the proper amount of grease on the bearing and guide rails of the Cup Holder to ensure machine stability.
• Warning
  • Avoid electric shock.
  • Contact the after-sales team for further support if any errors or abnormalities occur while using the machine.

MAINTENANCE

Switch off the machine, unplug the machine, wait til the machine cool down

Daily Cleaning

• Heating Plate Cleaning
  • Use the soaked soft cloth to clean it to keep the regular sealing effect
• Blade Cleaning
  • Apply the Red silicone Plug to the workplace hole. Add in Warm water/ Soap water, Long press【 PAUSE】 for 3 seconds. The blade Cleaning Process will be cleaned 5 times before exit.

Weekly Cleaning

• Electronic Monitor Cleaning
  • Use a wet soft cloth to clean the groove every week to keep the sensitivity.
• Cup Holder Maintenance
  • Apply the proper amount of grease on the bearing & guide rails to ensure the stability of the machine.

WARNING

2. DO NOT immerse the product and cable in the water to avoid electric shock.
3. MUST beware all ages under 18 or areas near children when using the product
4. ONLY use the correct Voltage/Frequency for using the machine:110-120V/ 60HZ
5. NEVER place your hand in the working machine to avoid harm.
6. NEVER use not from the manufactured electrical appliance to avoid injury.
7. SWITCH off the power after using the machine.
8. Exchange the sealing film after the machine cools down or switch off.
9. DO NOT clean the machine with any Harsh chemicals or corrosive washing liquid.
10. NEVER use water to spray or immerse the machine or electronic parts in water to avoid electricity.
11. CONTACT the after-sales team for further support if happened with any error or abnormality while using.
12. NEVER use the product for other purposes.
13. KEEP and SAVE the instruction properly.

INSTALLATION

PARAMETER

1.  Press “Sound” for 3 sec to enter the parameter adjustment mode.

2.  Press “Sound” to exchange the selection mode: P001-P006

3.  Press “ ” and “ ” to adjust the value.Press to ROLLING/CANCEL to save the setting and return to the working interface.

| P001: Use for temperature adjustment, Range :0-230, Default Value is 180℃
P002：Contain 2 mode: ON/OFF. ON: able to use for clear data; OFF/CLEAR cannot be cleared (CLEAR key lock), the default is OFF
P003: Sealing cups’ time adjustment, Range: 0-50, Default Paramater:15, Each Valve: represent 0.1sec
P004: Cup pushing in time range:0-30, default set:15
P005: Cup launching time range:0-60, default set:0
P006: Re-seal mode, repeat sealing twice. Default OFF, choose when the weather is cold

E51/E52| Motor Sensor Error. Use the Motor Sensor Needle to Adjust it.

BUTTON FEATURES

button to start the machine.
TEMPERATURE| Use to adjust the temperature depending on specific area temperature & cup texture.
SOUND| The indicator lights & the beep sound are both on, the machine will send out a beep after work is completed. Press the button, the indicator lights off means the beeps sound off.
Auto| Short /Long Press can be selected by the 3 Working Mode

Automatic Sealing Mode: Default mode: Indicator lights on. Place the cup in and start working. Works for batch operations.

Manual Sealing Mode: Press for 3 secs, Indicator lights off. Press “START” to start working. Works for short-term operations.

Leaking Mode: Press for a second, the green indicator lights flash, machine reseals unfinished films instead of using a new film. Press “START” to return to the previous working mode. Works for second sealing for solving the unseal or non-tropical sealing cups issues.

ROLLING/CANCEL| Long Press to use the Rolling Function, the sealing film rolling function will start and help adjust the sealing film. Only Use the Cancel Button to lead the cup holder to return to the machine when in the Pause Mode.
PAUSE| Press the button to stop all functions and maintain to current state. Press “ROLLING/CANCEL” to cancel the function. Long Press for 3 seconds, The Machine starts the blade cleaning program, and the blade will exit after auto-working 5 times and removing stickies from the blades.
CLEAR/SET| Press to close the Countings from the LED display. Press for 3 seconds to clear the counter data. (If P002 set to OFF counter will be refuse to clear the data.)

INSTALLATION TIPS

Please follow the direction shown in the picture to install the sealing film.

HOW TO USE

Please read the manual before installing the sealing film perfectly for the cup sealing machine.

1. Use the correct Voltage to connect the power cable (110-120V)
2. Press the “ POWER” button to light up the machine control panel.
3. Press the button to adjust the temperature (Default Manufactural Temperature:180°C)
4. Press“ Auto” to select to working mode.
5. The machine starts heating up when the temperature indicator light is on. (Around 10mins)
6. Start the cup sealing operation after reaching the set temperature.
