Product Usage Instructions

Before First Use

Before using the Keukenmachine Set for the first time, please follow these steps:

  1. Unpack all the components from the packaging.
  2. Wash all the detachable parts with warm soapy water and dry them thoroughly.
  3. Assemble the desired attachments according to the instructions provided.

Mixing and Kneading

  1. Place the mixing bowl on the base of the machine and twist it to lock it in place.
  2. Add the desired ingredients to the mixing bowl.
  3. Select the appropriate speed on the speed control knob.
  4. Turn on the machine using the power button.
  5. Allow the machine to mix and knead the ingredients until the desired consistency is achieved.
  6. Turn off the machine and remove the mixing bowl from the base.

Blending

General

  • If this is your first time using the product, it is important to read the manual and instructions carefully.
  • If the product is malfunctioning, dropped, or damaged, do not use the product and consult our customer service.
  • Before each use, check the parts and accessories for damage or wear (cracks/breakage) that may adversely affect its operation and, if so, replace them with original or manufacturer-recommended parts and accessories.
  • Do not use accessories not offered by the supplier. They may pose a danger to the user and damage the product.
  • Use the product only for the purposes indicated in this manual.
  • Do not disassemble, repair, or restore the product. Doing so may cause damage to the product. For your safety, these parts should only be replaced by authorized service personnel.
  • Always send the product to a service center for repairs to prevent damage and personal injury.
  • Be aware of the risks and consequences associated with improper use of the product. Misuse of the product may result in personal injury and damage to the product.

  • The remaining accessories and parts are not dishwasher safe. They should be carefully cleaned according to the cleaning instructions in this manual.
  • They are not dishwasher safe and should not be cleaned under running water, immersion, partial immersion, or strong wetting. Water must not penetrate the housing. This may cause damage to the product.
  • Always use the product on a level surface and make sure there is free space under and around the motor housing.
  • Keep the vents on the bottom of the motor housing free from dust and lint to prevent fire, and never expose them to liquids or flammable materials such as newspapers, napkins, tea towels, etc.
  • Do not place the product too close to the edge of a surface and make sure the product does not fall over.
  • Make sure all parts are completely and correctly assembled before using the product.
  • Never open the lid of the blender when it is on. This may cause food to splash out of the blender cup.

  • The product may be filled and/or emptied by people with physical or mental disabilities, provided that they are properly supervised and informed regarding the safe use of the product and understand its possible dangers.
  • Keep the product and cord out of the reach of children.
  • To avoid electric shock, do not allow pets or small children to chew on the power cord.
  • Do not allow children to play with the product. Use and store the product out of the reach of children.
  • The blender and chopper should not be used by children. Keep the product and cord out of the reach of children.
  • The mixer hook, whisk, and dough hook may be used by children 8 years of age and older, provided they are properly supervised and instructed in the safe use of the product and understand its potential hazards.
  • Cleaning and maintenance of the product should not be performed by children unless they are over 8 years old and supervised.

Use

  • Do not use the product near a bathtub, shower, swimming pool, or a (laundry) tub filled with water. Do not touch the product and power cord with wet hands.
  • Do not allow the product to come into contact with water.
  • Do not immerse the product in water.
  • If water does get in or on the product, turn the product off immediately and contact our customer service department.
  • Keep your fingers and hair away from the rotating parts when the product is on. This may cause personal injury.
  • Never leave the product unattended when in use.
  • Do not clean the product while it is still plugged in.
  • Always place the product on a horizontal, level, stable, and non-flammable surface.
  • The product is only suitable for processing food. Do not use the product to process other things. Do not insert objects into the rotating parts when the product is on.
  • Turn off the product and unplug it before replacing accessories or approaching parts that move during operation.
  • Do not plug in the product until you have first installed all necessary accessories.
  • Make sure the blender is turned off before removing it from the base.
  • When preparing e.g., satay sauce or other oil-based ingredients, the mixture may stick to the cup wall.
  • Blend for 20-30 seconds and then tap and/or open the cup to scrape down the ingredients with a scraper.
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes after 4- 5 cycles to prevent overheating and damage.
  • Do not blend carbonated beverages or fermenting liquids or ingredients. The pressure of released gases may crack the cup and/or blade and cause injury or damage.
  • Blend for up to 3 minutes at a time to prevent overheating. If you want to blend for longer than 3 minutes, pause for 1 minute each time after 3 minutes of blending.
  • Let the base unit cool for at least 3 minutes after three cycles of up to 3 minutes before using the product again. The product is equipped with an overheating protection function.
  • If the product overheats, it automatically shuts off. Unplug the product and let it cool for 20 minutes before using it again.
  • Never blend with hot liquids or ingredients; always start with ingredients and liquids that are cold or room temperature (21°C or below).
  • Rotation of the blade can build up pressure in the sealed cup and risk shifting the cup in the base unit or bursting apart when opened and causing burns.
  • The MAX limit of the mixing bowl is 1.5 kg, do not exceed this limit.
  • The blades are sharp. Do not touch the blade when the product is on. Keep fingers and hands away from the blades during cleaning and maintenance. Always turn the product off when cleaning the area around the blade.
  • Do not cover the product when it is on. Never place pillows or blankets on or against the product.
  • This may cause a fire hazard, electric shock, personal injury, or damage to the product.
  • Use the product only when necessary. Do not leave the product in operation indefinitely.
  • Do not use the product and accessories on the stove or in combination with boiling water, as this may result in damage or personal injury.
  • Do not use the product if the blade is damaged.
  • The product is not intended to act as an icebreaker. Always do this i.c.w. liquid. Want to make a cold drink? Then use frozen fruit, chilled liquids, or shaved ice up to 25% of the total volume of the cup.
  • Always top this up with water or another liquid up to the MAX line.
  • The food must be completely thawed and not frozen when put into the product. The product is not designed to shred frozen food.
  • Do not keep blended ingredients in a sealed cup for long periods. Sugars in fruits and vegetables can ferment, build up pressure in the cup, and cause the contents to expand.
  • If you then open or move the cup, the ingredients may burst/spill out of the cup.
  • Keep the product away from extreme heat sources or direct sunlight.
  • Do not drop the product or expose the product to large shocks.
  • Do not drop the product from a great height and make sure the product cannot fall off your worktop.
  • Knife blades are sharp! Handle them carefully and do not touch the cutting edges to avoid the risk of personal injury.
  • Do not place the product where shock or vibration is common. This may result in tipping over and/or damage to the product.
  • Never touch the blade gears and clutch in the base unit with your hands, as they become hot from blending.
  • Some parts of the product are made of plastic. This makes them vulnerable to heat. Do not put hot items on the product.
  • Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep your hands and utensils away from the blade when using it. You can use a scraper, but only when the product is not on.
  • Remove the lid only when the knife is stationary. If you don’t, hot liquid may splash around and cause personal injury.
  • Do not fill the product past the max line.
  • Always make sure the blade and cup/pitcher are perfectly screwed together before placing the combination in the base unit.
  • Always make sure the blade is undamaged and the sealing ring is in place.
  • Make sure the blade is not in contact with hard or sharp objects.
  • Make sure the nozzle is not blocked. Keep the openings free of blockages, dust, clothes, etc. Keep your fingers (or other limbs) and hair away from the mouthpiece when the product is on.
  • Always place the product on a horizontal, level, stable, heat-resistant, and non-flammable surface.
  • When you turn on the product, all rotating shafts will always move. Pay close attention to these rotating parts when using any other part.
  • Make sure that no body parts, clothes, utensils, etc. come in contact with these rotating parts when the product is on.
  • This may result in personal injury and damage to the product.

Electrical

  • If the power fails during use, turn off the product immediately and unplug the product.
  • If the surface of the product is cracked, turn off the product to avoid electric shock.
  • Check both power cord and plug regularly for signs of damage or wear, and if there is any, do not use the product and have the power cord and/or plug replaced or repaired by authorized service personnel.
  • Do not immerse the product, power cord or plug in water. If water does get inside or on the product, turn the product off immediately and contact our customer service department.
  • Use and store the product so that the cables cannot be damaged.
  • To avoid electric shock, do not use the product if you suspect the power cord or plug is damaged. A damaged power cord or plug should be repaired or replaced by a professional (an authorized distributor).
  • Unplug and turn off the product when not in use and before cleaning the product.
  • Do not unplug the product by pulling the power cord. This may cause fire or electric shock.
  • If black smoke comes out of the product, unplug the product immediately. Wait until the smoke is gone before removing the contents of the product and contact our customer service department.
  • Do not leave the cable(s) hanging over the edge of a table or countertop.
  • Do not place the cable(s) on hot surfaces or near oil.
  • Do not tuck the cable(s) under rugs or blankets. Never lay the cable(s) in a walkway.
  • Do not move the product by pulling the cord or twisting the cord.
  • Before connecting the product, make sure that the mains voltage indicated on the rating plate matches that of your mains supply.
  • Make sure you do not trip over the cable(s) and that the cable(s) are not kinked, twisted, or stuck.
  • The product is not suitable to be controlled by an external timer or a separate remote control.
  • Do not leave the product unattended when in use. If you do not use the product for a long period, turn the product off and unplug it.
  • Should the system that controls the internal temperature fail, the overheating protection will automatically turn on and the product will stop functioning.
  • Unplug the product, let it cool down completely, and restart the product.
  • Do not move the product while it is on. Always turn the product off before moving or cleaning it.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Before first use

  1. Before use, wash all accessories with clean water, rinse and dry them.
  2. Place the product on a flat, clean, and dry table.

Mixing and kneading

  1. Gently push up the head of the product while pushing down the lock button, as shown in image A. The head will rise.
  2. Mount the splash screen on the head, as shown in image B.
  3. Weigh the food and liquid to be processed and combine them in the mixing bowl, as shown in image C.
  4. Then mount the mixing bowl on the product by turning it clockwise until the bowl is locked in place, as shown in image C.
  5. Mount the desired attachment onto the shaft of the head, as shown in image D.
  6. Gently push the attachment up and turn it a quarter turn counterclockwise to the locking position, as shown in image E.
  7. Gently push the head down. The lock button will automatically lock sight by moving to the horizontal position, as shown in image F.
  8. Plug in the power cord.
  9. Set the speed knob to the desired speed and begin mixing.
  10. Once the dough meets your requirements, turn the speed knob back to 0 to stop the product.
  11. Gently push the head of the product up while pushing the lock button down.
    • The head will rise.
  12. Turn the mixing bowl counterclockwise to remove it.
  13. Remove the dough from the mixing bowl.
  14. Unplug it before changing attachments, accessing parts that move during use, when cleaning it, or when storing it.

Suggestions

Blending

  • The blender allows you to blend food to make soups, sauces, milkshakes, baby food, vegetables, drinks, desserts, purees, etc., among other things.
  • If you want to use solid foods, you must cut the ingredients into small pieces before putting them in the blender.
  • Be careful of the rotating parts of the product when using any other part!
  • Never plug in the blender before turning it on. Make sure the blender is properly installed and the lid is on properly before using it.
  • Unplug the blender, remove the blender cup, and put the back cover on the product when you don’t want to use it.
  • Never blend with hot liquids or ingredients; always start with ingredients and liquids that are cold or room temperature (21°C or below).
  • Do not exceed the maximum capacity of 1.5 liters in the blender cup.
  • Do not remove the blender cup or lid during use.
  • Do not run the blender for more than 3 minutes at a time.

How to use

  1. Remove the back cover, as shown in image A.
  2. Add the desired ingredients and place the lid on the blender cup, as shown in image B.
  3. Using a twisting motion, place the blender cup cover on the blender lid, as shown in image C.
  4. You can add ingredients by removing the blender cup cover during use.
  5. Place the blender cup on the product by rotating it clockwise, as shown in image D.
  6. Plug in the power cord.
  7. Set the speed dial to the desired speed and start blending.
  8. Once the mixture meets your requirements, turn the speed knob back to 0 to stop the product.
  9. Remove the blender cup by turning it counterclockwise.
  10. Carefully pour the mixture out of the blender cup or remove the lid to take it out.
  11. Unplug the blender before changing attachments, and accessing parts that move during use, when cleaning it, or when storing it.

Suggestion

  1. Remove the stone and hard skin from the fruit.
  2. Cut the fruit into small pieces.
  3. Put the fruit in the blender cup and add water.
    • The optimal amount is 600 grams of fruit and 900 ml of water.
  4. Put on the lid and screw the blender cup onto the product.
  5. Plug it in and set the speed knob to 4 to 6.
  6. Stop the blender after 3 minutes.
    • To extend the life of the product, the total operating time should not exceed 15 minutes.

Mincer

  • Be careful of the rotating parts of the product when using any other part!
  • Never insert your fingers or other body parts into the grinder!
  • Never use meat with a bone! Always remove the bone from the meat before grinding.

Required parts

How to use

  1. Place the spiral shaft in the grinding mill. Place the blade on the spiral shaft.
    • Place the desired grinding wheel on the blade. Tighten the sealing ring on the grinding mill, as shown in image A.
  2. Remove the front cover, as shown in image B.
  3. Press the release button, hold the grinder, connect it to the front coupler, and turn it counterclockwise to the lock position, as shown in image C.
  4. Align the outlet port of the tray with the input port of the grinder and install it in place, as shown in image D.
  5. Place a container or bowl near the outlet of the grinder. Clean the meat and cut it into strips or small pieces. The width should not exceed the feed opening of the tray.
  6. Plug in the power cord.
  7. Set the speed knob to the desired gear.
  8. Place the meat on the tray and insert it into the feed opening one at a time. Use the push bar to slowly push the meat into the feed opening of the grinder.
  9. After use, turn the speed knob to position 0 and unplug the power cord.

Making sausages

  • Be careful of the rotating parts of the product when using any other part!
  • Never insert your fingers or other body parts into the grinder!
  • Never use meat with bone. Always remove the bone from the meat before grinding.

Required parts

How to use

  1. Place the spiral shaft in the grinding mill. Place the spiral shaft sealing ring on the spiral shaft. Place sausage filler on the sausage separator. Tighten the sealing ring on the spiral shaft, as shown in image A.
  2. Remove the front cover, as shown in image B.
  3. Press the release button, hold the grinder, connect to the front coupler, and turn counterclockwise to the lock position, as shown in image C place, as shown in image D.
  4. Place a container or bowl near the outlet of the grinding mill.
  5. Prepare the (minced) filling and add all desired spices/ingredients. Mix everything evenly and allow to marinate for some time.
  6. Prepare the sausage casing. Place the sausage casing in water before use and tie a knot at the end. Place the sausage skin over the top of the sausage stuffer.
  7. Plug in the power cord.
  8. Set the speed knob to the desired gear.
  9. Place the meat on the tray and insert it into the feed opening. Use the push rod to slowly push the meat into the feed opening of the grinder.
  10. Gently pull the casing to fill it with the ingredients. When the sausage is the desired length, pull it tight and tie it with a string.
  11. After use, turn the speed knob to position 0 and unplug it.
    • The sausage should be hung and dried for a while. It does not need to be dried completely.

Making kibbeh

  • Be careful of the rotating parts of the product when using any other part!
  • Never insert your fingers or other body parts into the grinder!
  • Never use meat with bone. Always remove the bone from the meat before grinding.

How to use

  1. Place the spiral shaft in the grinding mill. Place the kibbeh nozzle on the spiral shaft. Place spiral shaft sealing ring on kibbeh nozzle. Tighten the sealing ring on the spiral shaft, as shown in image A.

  3. Press the release button, hold the grinder, connect it to the front coupler, and turn it counterclockwise to the lock position, as shown in image C.
  4. Align the outlet port of the tray with the input port of the grinder and install it in place, as shown in image D.
  5. Place a container or bowl near the outlet of the grinding mill.
  6. Prepare the (minced) filling and add all desired spices/ingredients. Mix everything evenly and allow to marinate for some time.
  7. Plug in the power cord.
  8. Set the speed dial to the desired gear.
  9. Place the meat on the tray and insert it into the feed opening. Use the push bar to slowly push the meat into the feed opening of the grinder.
  10. The kibbeh will come out of the nozzle in a hollow shape. Once the kibbeh is the desired size gently remove it from the nozzle with your hand.
  11. The kibbeh will be open on both sides. Gently press one side closed with your fingers. Carefully fill it with your desired filling and also gently press it closed on the other side with your fingers.
  12. After use, turn the speed dial to setting 0 and unplug it.
  13. Place the kibbeh on a plate with breadcrumbs or flour so that it does not stick to each other or the plate.

Cookie maker

  • Be careful of the rotating parts of the product when using any other part!
  • Never insert your fingers or other body parts into the grinder!
  • Never put all the dough into the grinder at once. Cut it into small strips before putting it into the grinder.

How to use

  1. Place the spiral shaft in the grinding mill. Place the spiral shaft sealing ring on the spiral shaft. Place cake nozzle on spiral shaft sealing ring nozzle. Tighten the sealing ring on the spiral shaft, as shown in image A.
  2. Remove front cover, as shown in image B.
  3. Press the release button, hold the grinder, connect to the front coupler, and turn counterclockwise to the lock position, as shown in image C.
  4. Align the outlet port of the tray with the input port of the grinder and install it in place, as shown in image D.
  5. Place a container or bowl near the outlet of the grinder.
  6. Plug in the power cord.
  7. Set the speed knob to the desired gear.
  8. Prepare the dough and cut it into small strips. Put the dough through the platform into the grinder. The cookies will be pressed out of the output section.
    • If the dough sticks to the inside of the grinder, you can push the dough in with the push bar.
  9. After use, set the speed knob to position 0 and unplug the grinder

Suggestion

  1. Mix 1 kg of flour and 500 g of water and prepare the dough.
  2. Cut the dough into strips.
  3. Plug in and set the speed control to 3-6.
  4. Put the strips into the grinder one by one.

Cutting vegetables

  1. Place the desired vegetable grater in the cutting grinder, as shown in image A.
  2. Remove the front cover, as shown in image B.
  3. Press the release button, hold the grinder, connect it to the front coupler and turn it counterclockwise to the lock position, as shown in image C.
  4. Place a container or bowl near the outlet of the grinder.
  5. Plug in the power cord.
  6. Set the speed dial to the desired gear.
  7. Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
  8. Put the cut vegetables into the grinder one at a time.
  9. Use the pestle to push the vegetables into the feed opening of the cutting mill, as shown in image D.
  10. After use, turn the speed dial to position 0 and unplug the machine.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Cause Solution
The product  suddenly stops working during operation. The product may be

running too long or the ambient temperature may be too high, causing the product’s motor temperature to become

too high. The product starts the overheat protection program/automatic shutdown.

| Turn the product off. Unplug the product and wait for it to return to room temperature. Generally, after 15-30 minutes, the product has cooled down and can be started again.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Maintenance

  • You can use a little olive oil on the shaft, locking button, or mixing bowl to ensure that these parts do not oxidize.
  • When you are not using the product, you can cover it with a packing bag and place it in a dry environment.

Cleaning

  • Do not immerse the product in water. Do not use water to rinse the unit to avoid short circuits, electric shock, leakage, rust, and other malfunctions.
  • Do not use a dripping wet towel to wipe the product.
  • Do not use detergent/vinegar/salt or other caustic, alkaline cleaners to clean the casing, otherwise the surface of the product may be damaged.
  • Do not use sharp and rough tools such as steel wire to brush the product and accessories. Otherwise, the surface may be easily damaged.
  • Do not wash the attachments with caustic or alkaline detergents.
  • The mixing bowl, whisk dough hook, mixing hook, fine grater, coarse grater, slicer, sausage filler, kibbeh nozzle, and cookie maker may be washed in the dishwasher.
  • The splash screen is made of hardened plastic and therefore cannot be washed in the dishwasher. Clean it with warm water and soap.
  • Do not soak the attachments in dish soap, salt water, vinegar, and other corrosive liquids for a long time. Rinse them immediately after cleaning.
  • Dry the attachments well after cleaning.
  • The rotating shaft will produce some black marks due to the high speed and friction when the product rotates. Clean the shaft after each use and keep the part dry.
  • Clean the control panel and screen only with a slightly damp cloth.
  • Be sure to clean and dry all parts thoroughly after each use.

STORAGE

  • Store the product in a clean and dry place. Do not store the product in extremely high or extremely low temperatures.

DISPOSAL AND RECYCLE

  • Think about the environment and contribute to a cleaner living environment! This product is subject to the European Directive (EU) 2012/19/EU.
  • At the end of its service life, do not dispose of the product with normal household waste, but deliver it to a collection point designated by the authorities for recycling.
