Always observe the following precautions when using ‘the cordless stick vacuum cleaner’, hereinafter referred to as ‘the product’.

General

  • If this is your first time using the product, it is important to read the manual and instructions carefully.
  • If the product is not working properly, has been dropped or damaged, do not use the product and contact our customer service.
  • Before each use, inspect the parts and accessories for damage or wear (cracks/breaks) that could impair function and if so, replace them with original parts and accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Do not use accessories not offered by the supplier. They may pose a danger to the user and damage the product.
  • Use the product only for the purposes indicated in this manual.
  • Do not disassemble, repair or repair the product. This may damage the product. For your own safety, these parts should only be replaced by authorized service personnel. Always send the product to the service center for repairs to avoid damage and personal injury.
  • Be aware of the risks and consequences associated with incorrect use of the product. Improper use of the product can lead to personal injury and damage to the product.
  • Before first use, remove all packaging material and any stickers.
  • The product is suitable for indoor use only. Do not use the product outdoors. Doing so may result in damage to the product.
  • The product is designed and intended for private use. Do not use the product for commercial purposes.
  • Keep the product away from heat, areas where the temperature is relatively high and heat sources such as ovens.
  • Do not insert objects into the openings of the product. Make sure that the moving parts are not blocked and that nothing is pinched.

Persons

  • The product may be used by people with physical or mental disabilities, provided they are properly supervised and informed about the safe use of the product and understand the potential hazards involved.
  • The product should not be used by children under 15 years of age. Use of the product is allowed only when a supervisor is present and responsible for the safety of the user.
  • Keep the product and cord out of the reach of children under 15 years old.
  • To avoid electric shock, do not allow pets or small children to chew on the power cord.
  • Do not let children play with the product. Use and store the product out of the reach of children.

Use

  • Do not cover the product when it is on. Never place pillows or blankets on or against the product. This could result in a fire hazard, electric shock, personal injury or damage to the product.
  • Do not use the product near a bath, shower, swimming pool, or near a basin or sink filled with water. Do not touch the product and power cord with wet hands. Make sure that the product does not come into contact with water. Do not immerse the product in water. If water does get in or on the product, turn the product off immediately and contact our customer service.
  • Do not use the product to vacuum up bleach, paint, chemicals or other liquids.
  • Do not use the product to vacuum up smoking or burning objects.
  • Do not use the product on wet surfaces, concrete or asphalt. This may cause damage to the product.
  • Empty the product regularly to ensure that the product can continue to function optimally.
  • Make sure the mouthpiece is not blocked. Keep the openings free of obstructions, dust, clothes, etc. Keep your fingers (or other limbs) and hair away from the outlet mouthpiece when the product is on.
  • Do not use the product without the dust container, dust cup and filter. Doing so may cause damage to the product.
  • Do not place heavy objects on the product. This may cause damage to the product.

Electronics

  • If the power fails during use, turn off the product immediately and unplug the power cord.
  • If the surface of the product is cracked, please turn off the product to avoid electric shock.
  • Periodically inspect both power cord and plug for signs of damage or wear, and if any, do not operate the product and have the power cord and/or plug replaced or repaired by authorized service personnel.
  • Do not immerse the product, power cord or plug in water. If water does get inside or on theproduct, turn the product off immediately and contact our customer service department.
  • Use and store the product so that the cables cannot be damaged.
  • To avoid electric shock, do not use the product if you suspect that the power cord or plug is damaged. A damaged power cord or plug must be repaired or replaced by a professional (an authorized distributor).
  • Unplug the product and turn off the product when not in use and before cleaning the product.
  • Do not unplug the product by pulling on the power cord. This may cause fire or electric shock.
  • If black smoke comes out of the product, unplug the power cord immediately. Wait for the smoke to clear before removing the contents of the product and contact our customer service.
  • Do not let the cable(s) hang over the edge of a table or countertop.
  • Do not place the cable(s) on hot surfaces or near oil.
  • Do not tuck the cable(s) under rugs or blankets. Make sure the cable is never in a walkway.
  • Do not move the product by pulling or twisting the cord.
  • Before connecting the product, make sure that the mains voltage indicated on the type rating plate corresponds to that of your mains supply.
  • Make sure you do not trip over the cable(s) and that the cable(s) are not kinked, twisted, or stuck.
  • Do not use an extension cord. Make sure that the product is plugged into a grounded outlet that has no other devices connected to it.
  • Always operate the product from a grounded indoor 220-240V-, 50/60Hz outlet.
  • The charger is designed for a specific voltage. Always check that the mains voltage matches the voltage on the rating plate.
  • A charger that is suitable for one type of battery may create a risk of fire when used with another battery.

Battery

  • If the batteries leak, avoid contact with skin, eyes, open skin or wounds. Wear gloves. In case of accidental exposure to battery fluid, flush affected areas with plenty of clean water and seek immediate medical attention. Remove exhausted batteries from the product immediately as there is an increased risk of acid leakage.
  • If the battery pack leaks, contact your local municipality or household waste collection service for information on how best to dispose of it.
  • Do not break or disassemble the battery pack.
  • Always check the battery pack for signs of damage or leaks before using the product. Do not charge damaged or leaking battery packs.
  • Use gloves to remove leaking batteries. Clean the battery compartment with a dry cloth.
  • Do not dispose of batteries in the household waste. Batteries contain chemicals that are harmful to the environment.
  • Do not throw batteries into fire. Do not attempt to crush, puncture, or otherwise disassemble batteries for any reason.
  • Remove the battery pack from the product before disposing of the product.
  • Leaking batteries can damage the product. Remove the batteries if you are not going to use the product for a long time.
  • Improper use of the batteries can cause explosion and leakage of battery fluid.
  • Recycle batteries if necessary. Dispose of the batteries at a government-approved collection point for recycling.
  • Do not expose the batteries to high temperatures or excessive heat.
  • Do not heat the battery pack or place it near a heat source.
  • Disconnect the charging adapter and cable after 5-6 hours of charging to prevent overheating and fire hazard.

RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT

When receiving your shipment, make sure that the contents are consistent with the packing list. Notify your distributor of any missing items. If the equipment appears to be damaged, file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify your distributor at once, giving a detailed description of any damage. Save the damaged packing container to substantiate your claim.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Assembly

  1. Attach the wall mount to the wall with the fasteners.
  2. Secure the floor brush by straightening the handle.
  3. Attach the handle to the wall mount.
  4. Attach the cleaning accessories to the wall mount.

Battery indicator

  • When the battery indicator blinks for a few seconds and goes out, it indicates that the battery is depleted. Connect the charging cable to the battery and plug the charging adapter into an electrical outlet.
  • When the battery indicator is on continuously and stops flashing, this indicates that the battery is fully charged.

Battery (dis)assembly

  1. Press the battery pack release (A) to remove the battery pack.
  2. Slide the battery into the holder above the handle. When the battery is in the right place you will hear a click sound.

Battery charging

You can charge the battery in 3 ways:

  1. While the battery pack is in the handle, remove the handle from the handle, connect the charging cable to the battery pack and plug the charging adapter into the power outlet.
  2. Remove the battery pack from the handle, connect the charging cable to the battery pack and plug the charging adapter into the wall outlet.
  3. While the battery pack is in the handle and the handle is in the handle, connect the charging cable to the battery pack and plug in the charging adapter.

  1. Slide the handle into the handle.
  2. Press the release handle to remove the handle.

(Dis)assembling the floor brush

  1. Slide the floor brush into the handle.
  2. Press the floor brush release button to remove the floor brush.

(Dis)assembling the roller floor brush

  1. Turn the floor brush over so that you are facing the underside.
  2. Press the release on the side of the floor brush and remove the roller floor brush by sliding it out of the floor brush.
  3. Slide the roller floor brush into the floor brush slot. Make sure the roller floor brush is properly seated in the slot, and press the lock to secure the roller floor brush.

How to use

  1. Put your foot on the floor brush, gently pull the handle toward you and down to release the floor brush.

  2. Hold the handle and press the power button to start the product.

  3. Press the power button to stop the product.

  4. Choose the desired speed by pressing the speed button on the back of the handle. You can choose from MIN, MID and MAX.
    NOTE : Choose MAX for carpets or large pieces of dirt. Choose MIN for floors or lower noise levels.

  5. Hold the operating handle, and extend or pull out the handle to choose the appropriate vacuum height for a more comfortable position.

Emptying the dust container

Symbol Keep in mind that dust is released during these steps. Wear a nose and mouth mask if you are sensitive to dust.

  1. Empty the dust container when the dust has reached the MAX level.
  2. Press the dust container release button and empty it over a container or trash can.
    We recommend emptying the dust container every 3-5 days, even if the dust has not reached the MAX level.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

  • Clean the outside of the product with a damp, clean cloth and dry it thoroughly.
  • Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaning agents, or the exterior will crack and fade.
  • Empty the dust container regularly.
  • Clean the HEPA filter regularly and replace it every 4-5 months.

Cleaning the HEPA filter

Symbol Keep in mind that dust may be released during these steps. Wear a nose and mouth mask if you are sensitive to dust.
We recommend cleaning the filter parts every 2-3 weeks for better cleaning.
Make sure the filter parts are completely dry before use, otherwise moisture may affect the operation and life of the product’s electrical components.

  1. Press the dust container release button to open the dust container.
  2. Turn the dust cup clockwise to remove it from the dust container.
  3. Carefully pull the filter out of the dust cup.
  4. Clean the filter and dust cup with the cleaning comb.
  5. Wash the filter with clean water if it is very dirty. You can soak it in a bowl of water or hold it under the faucet.
  6. Allow the filter to dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting it to use.
  7. Place the filter in the dust cup. Make sure the filter and filter housing are properly seated in the dust cup.
  8. Insert the dust cup into the dust container by turning it counterclockwise. Close the dust container lid and make sure the latch is on.

Cleaning roller floor brush

  1. Remove the roller floor brush from the floor brush and clean it with the cleaning comb.
  2. Wash the roller floor brush with clean water if it is very dirty. You can soak it in a container of water or hold it under the faucet.
  3. Allow the roller floor brush to dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting it for use.

STORAGE

Store the product in a clean and dry place. Do not store the device in extreme high or extreme low temperatures.

The battery is not charging.| The charging adapter is not properly connected.| Make sure the charging adapter is properly plugged into the wall outlet.
The charging cable is not properly connected to the battery pack.| Make sure the charging cable is properly connected to the battery.
The charging adapter and cable is not suitable for this battery pack.| Make sure you always use the included charging adapter and cable.
The power outlet is not working properly.| Check that the outlet is working properly. Use another outlet to charge the battery pack.
The floor brush is not working .| The battery pack is not fully charged.| Charge the battery for 3-4 hours.
The floor brush is blocked.| Clean the floor brush.
The floor brush is not properly mounted.| Make sure the floor brush is properly mounted.

DISPOSAL – RECYCLE

Think about the environment and contribute to a cleaner living environment! This product is subject to the European Directive (EU) 2012/19/EU. At the end of its service life, do not dispose of the product with normal household waste, but deliver it to a collection point designated by the authorities for recycling.

We provide a 2-year warranty on our products. To obtain service during the warranty period, the product needs to be returned with a proof of purchase. Product defects have to be reported within 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or incorrect repair; parts subject to wear; defects that the customer was aware of at the time of purchase; damages or defects caused by customer neglect; damages or defects caused by third parties.
