Ampero One Connection
Ampero One does not have a dedicated MIDI IN port. To connect Ampero One
with Ampero Control, use Bluetooth MIDI functionality. For iOS devices, use
the ‘midimittr’ app, and for Android devices, use the ‘MIDI BLE Connect’ app.
This allows Ampero One to receive MIDI messages wirelessly. Remember to set
‘Output to’ as ‘Bluetooth’ in the app settings.
Ampero Switch Connection
The Ampero Switch allows you to extend the MIDI functionality of your
Ampero Control. Connect it to the Ampero Control using a TRS cable from the
EXP/CTRL port on the Ampero Switch to the designated port on Ampero Control.
You can assign CTRL 1/2 functions and configure the switch type as ‘Dual FS’
or ‘Dual Footswitch’ in the app.
Ampero Press Connection
Similarly, the Ampero Press can be connected to the Ampero Control to add
expression pedal and footswitch functionality. Use a TRS cable to connect the
EXP/CTRL ports, and configure the control types in the app. You can set the
expression pedal parameters, such as the minimum and maximum MIDI data values,
and select the curve type for the expression pedal.
