Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Setup

Before using the ELECTROMIG 450 SYNERGIC + ACC., make sure
to:

1. Place the machine on a stable and level surface.

2. Connect the machine to a three-phase power supply of 230/400
   V.

3. Ensure that the power supply is grounded properly.

Step 2: Adjustments

Follow these steps to adjust the machine for welding:

1. Set the desired current using the adjustment range of 20 – 320
   A for DC or 20 – 400 A for DC.

2. Choose the appropriate welding wire diameter based on the
   material you are working with.

3. If necessary, adjust the power factor (cosphi) to optimize
   power consumption.

Step 3: Welding Process

Now you are ready to start welding with the ELECTROMIG 450
SYNERGIC + ACC.:

1. Put on appropriate safety gear such as welding gloves, helmet,
   and protective clothing.

2. Hold the welding torch firmly and position it at the desired
   starting point.

3. Depress the torch trigger to start the arc and begin the

Poste de soudage inverter multiprocessus MIG-MAG / FLUX / BRASAGE / MMA et TIG DC-Lift contrôlé par microprocesseur, avec dévidoir à 4 rouleaux. Flexibilité d’emploi avec différents matériaux soudés (acier, acier inox, aluminium) ou soudobrasés (tôles galvanisées). Ample variété de champs d’application, allant de l’industrie, à l’entretien, en passant par l’installation et les interventions en carrosserie. Le réglage synergique rend le produit simple à utiliser. La technologie ATC, Made in Telwin, permet d’obtenir avec grande facilité d’excellents soudages sur de fines épaisseurs grâce à un contrôle avancé de l’arc.
