Calibration and sensitivity adjustment for SV750 / GS850-X
Adjusting the sensitivity of the steering wheel :
You can adjust the sensitivity of the steering wheel by following this procedure:
- Press the “PROG” button, the red LED will flash, press the right or left arrow on the directional pad, the sensitivity will be Medium. (Ideal for games with many turns).
- Press the “PROG” button, the red LED will blink, press the up arrow on the directional pad, the sensitivity will be High. (Ideal for tight turns).
- Press the “PROG” button, the red LED will blink, press the down arrow on the directional pad, the sensitivity will be low. (Suitable for most games).
You can also adjust the sensitivity of the “controller” directly in the game by going to the game options. Go to the game’s “controls/gameplay” tab, then in the joystick menu, adjust the joystick sensitivity.
Steering wheel calibration:
You can calibrate the steering wheel to reduce dead spots on the wheel by following the procedure in the user manual:
- Press the “L1+L2+R1+R2” buttons at the same time, the LED will flash quickly.
- Turn the steering wheel to the left to the maximum, the LED will flash slowly when it reaches the maximum, then turn the steering wheel to the right to the maximum, the LED will flash slowly when it reaches the maximum. Then return to the center position, the LED flashes quickly.
- Press the right pedal to the maximum, then repeat the operation for the center and left pedals. (The LED flashes slowly when you press the pedal, then flashes quickly when you release it.
- Finally, once the LED flashes slowly, press the Home/Option button, the LED will stay on and the calibration is complete.
Advanced settings:
You can adjust the sensitivity of the steering wheel in the advanced settings
of some (advanced controller settings).
Indeed some games like Forza allow a multitude of settings of the controller,
here is a configuration you can try to reduce the dead zones:
low limit steering: 10 (the lower the limit, the more reactive the steering
wheel is)
high steering limit: 100
low acceleration limit: 10 (the lower the limit, the more responsive the
acceleration)
high acceleration limit: 30
low deceleration limit: 5
high deceleration limit: 25
