Product Usage Instructions

To use the LP315-MB Indoor Load Center with 150A Main Circuit Breaker, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that you have the necessary tools and equipment for installation, including appropriate wiring and circuit breakers.
2. Select a suitable location for the load center, ensuring it is easily accessible and meets any local building codes or regulations.
3. If required, install the door separately onto the load center enclosure.
4. Connect the ground connection using 4 AWG – 2/0 AWG Cu/Al wire to ensure proper grounding.
5. Connect the supply connections using 3 AWG – 300 MCM Cu/Al wire.
6. Route and secure the wiring inside the enclosure, utilizing the notches stamped into the enclosure for cable ties to promote secure and neat wiring.
7. If using copper wire, the load center is suitable for applications up to 60A. If using aluminum wire, it is suitable for applications up to 50A.
8. Install Leviton Circuit Breakers into the load center as needed. The revolutionary design allows the entire load center to be wired at rough-in without any circuit breakers present.
9. Ensure that all wiring connections are secure and properly tightened.
10. Test the load center to verify proper functionality and electrical safety.
