Product Usage Instructions
To install the wooden front wall, follow these steps:
- Fix the wall diagonally to make it more rigid during installation. Use the provided brackets inside.
- Pre-drill holes with a 5/32 drill bit before inserting screws.
- Position cradles inside the grooves of stave 2 and center stave 2 on cradle 1.
- Use a water level to ensure proper alignment.
- Leave a 1/4 inch gap when tightening screws to allow for adjustment when installing the outer bands (B).
Wooden Back Wall Installation
To install the wooden back wall, follow these steps:
- Fix the wall diagonally to support it during installation. Use temporary braces and remove them later.
- Pre-drill holes with a 5/32 drill bit before inserting screws.
Outer Bands Installation
To install the outer bands, follow these steps:
- Place the bands around the barrel on the outer side of the cradle.
- Remove any temporary braces that were previously used.
Board Installation
To install the boards, follow these steps:
- Join two boards together to bridge the width of the gap. The combined boards should be approximately 1/4 inch wider than the gap.
- Raise the boards slightly before installing them.
- If needed, trim the flat edge of the board to create the desired width.
- Fasten the two halves using screws.
Benches Installation
To install the benches, follow these steps:
- Use a level for proper installation.
- Pre-drill holes with a 1/8 drill bit before inserting screws.
