Specifications
- Features 5/8” and 1/2” diameter locking hitch pins with 3-1/2” span to fit Class I, II, III, IV and V or 1-1/4” to 2-1/2” hitch receivers.
- Includes rubber O-rings to reduce rattling & assist in holding the hitch pin still
- Safety Clip is provided for added safety
- Water tight dust cap protects keyhole from dirt
- Kit includes (1) Lock head, (2) pins, (1) safety clip, (2) keys, (5) O-rings for 1/2” dia. pin and (5) O-rings for 5/8” dia. Pin

Make sure pin is fully inserted into lock body and that the lock components are secure.

After installation, position lock to allow proper chain installation.

Never insert finger into hitch pin holes in an attempt to align hitch accessory to receiver.
Serious injury to fingers/hand could occur. 1/2” pin is to be used on 1/2” diameter pin hole only. -
Always read the warnings prior to use! Failure to do this may result in injury or death!

Always wear ANSI-approved safety glasses when working with tools and equipment.

Make sure that the Lock Pin is properly locked (with rubber dust cap closed) before moving the vehicle. Make sure that safety clip is fully engaged. During the trip, periodically check that the Lock Pin remains locked and is in good condition.
Installation Instructions
- Choose proper pin for the hitch receiver you are using. Please note 5/8” pin is for using on 2” or 2-1/2” Hitch Receivers, and 1/2” pin is only for using on 1-1/4” Hitch Receivers.
- Adjust the number of O-rings to get proper span for the pin and reduce rattling.
- To remove Lock Head from hitch pin, flip open rubber dust cap; insert and turn key and remove lock head.
- Place desired pin into the lock Head.
- For added safety, insert safety clip into the pin hole.
- To disconnect locking pin, use key to unlock and remove Lock Head. Remove safety clip and then slide out pin. When to disconnect, use the key to unlock and remove the Lock Head and Clip to remove the Pin.
