Before Use

1. Ensure that your hair is clean, dry, and free from any styling products.
2. Plug in the straightener and wait for it to heat up. The LED indicator will show the current temperature.
3. Select the desired heat setting using the temperature control buttons.
4. Allow the straightener to reach the desired temperature before starting to style your hair.

Straightening

1. Divide your hair into small sections, around 1-2 inches wide.
2. Take one section of hair and clamp the straightener near the roots.
3. Gently glide the straightener down the length of the hair, applying even pressure.
4. Repeat this process for all sections of your hair until you achieve the desired style.

Curling

1. Divide your hair into small sections, around 1-2 inches wide.
2. Take one section of hair and clamp the straightener near the roots.
3. Rotate the straightener 180 degrees away from your face.
4. Gently glide the straightener down the length of the hair while maintaining the rotation.
5. Repeat this process for all sections of your hair until you achieve the desired curls.

After Use

1. Switch off and unplug the straightener.
2. Allow the appliance to cool down before storing it.
3. Use the heat protection mat to place the straightener on during and after styling.
4. Keep the straightener out of the reach of children, as it will remain hot for several minutes.

Care & Maintenance

• Always unplug the straightener before cleaning or storing.
• Wipe the plates with a damp cloth after each use to remove any product buildup.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents on the plates.
• Store the straightener in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

INSTRUCTIONS FORUSE

• Ensure hair is dry and combed through to remove any tangles. Divide the hair into sections ready for styling.
• Press and hold the ‘ ’ button for 1-2 seconds to turn the appliance on. The indicator light will start flashing and the appliance will automatically start heating up.
• To select a heat setting suitable for your hair type, press the ‘ ’ button until the desired heat setting is selected. The indicator light will flash until the selected temperature has been reached. Once the temperature has been reached, the indicator light will remain solid in colour.
• Place a section of hair between the straightening plates, close to the roots. • Hold the hair firmly between the straightening plates and slide down the length of the hair, from root to tip in one smooth movement.
• Repeat for each section of hair.
• Allow the hair to cool before combing through.
• After use, press and hold the ‘ ’ button for 1-2 seconds to switch off and unplug the appliance.
• Allow the appliance to cool before storing away.

Heat Settings

• If you have delicate, fine, bleached or cultured hair, use the lower heat settings. For thicker hair, use the higher heat settings. It is suggested to always complete a test on initial use to ensure the correct temperature is used on the hair type. Start on the lowest setting and increase the temperature until desired result is achieved.
• There are 3 temperature settings to select from; 180°C (Green), 200°C (Yellow) and 235°C (Red).

Auto Shut Off
This appliance has an automatic shut off feature for added safety. If the appliance is switched on for more than 60 minutes continuously, it will automatically switch off. If you wish to continue using the appliance after this time, simply press and hold the ‘ ’ button for 1-2 seconds to turn the power on again.

Heat Protection Mat
This appliance comes with a heat protection mat for use during and after styling. During use do not place the appliance on any heat sensitive surface, even when using the heat protection mat provided. After use, switch off and unplug the appliance. Continue to keep the appliance out of the reach of children as it will remain hot for several minutes.

• Do not wrap the lead around the appliance, instead coil the lead loosely by the side of the appliance.
