Description of Outdoor doorbell and Indoor Monitor

Note: The back-light of each button will be on when user presses any button or some visitor calls on the outdoor doorbell. If the indoor monitor is in standby mode, the back-light of each button will be off if user doesn’t do any operate on the device in 10 seconds.
Note On Wiring Connection
- The lock and source are not included in the package, user can purchase an electric lock to use.
- In the standard delivery the system supports locks with Normally Open (N.O.) door unlocking method. It means that in the normal state the dry contact is opened so the lock is kept under constant closed state. If the unlocking push-button is pressed and the dry contact is changed to closed, then the lock is released.
- Please check that the socket of power supply is correct if you connect the external switching power supply. otherwise it will damage the device.
- Please first pull out the switching power supply of the device before installation.
- Please note the silk printing marked on PCB in order to avoid incorrect connecting. The wiring connection requirement: 1

Effective distance from the outdoor camera to furthest indoor monitor: Transmission <30m(about 98 feet) (2×0 4mm?)

In order to achieve better video transmission effect, we recommend using the following 2-core mini coaxial cables(Specifications: 1) Inner conductor: 7/0. 16mm Cu;

Insulation: 41.5mm PE; 3) Shielding: 32/0.12 mm TC; 4)Jacket: p2.9mm PVC).
Connect the coaxial cable to DC+/Video/Audio, connect the other cable to GND. Effective distance from the outdoor doorbell to the furthest indoor monitor can be up to 50m (about 165 feet). -
Users can also use CAT5 or CAT network cables, CAT5 or CAT6 network cable consists of 4 pairs of twisted pairs (8 wires), users can use one pair (2 wires), connect one wire to DC+/Video/Audio, connect the other wire to GND. The effective distance from the outdoor doorbell to the furthest indoor monitor can be up to 80m(about 262 feet).
Installation Process
To install the outdoor camera according to the following method
To install the indoor monitor refer to the following method:
Wiring Diagram
User can connect one outdoor doorbell and one in door monitor to this in door monitor. User can connect an electric lock to the outdoor doorbell. Please refer to the following diagram to connect.
Turn the regulator with a screwdriver to decrease or increase the speaker
volume.
The terminal of the outdoor doorbell is defined functionality as below:
- GND;
- DC 24V/Video/Audio;
- 3/4 COM/NO: To electric lock.

Menu Operations
If users don’t do any operate or enter any interface about the indoor monitor, the indoor monitor will be into standby mode after 1 minute automatically. The main interface is as below
Set System Parameters
System setup includes: Language, Time and Information.
The information includes support email, software version and release date .
Notice
- If the indoor monitor has been detected a TF card, the snapshot files will be stored in the TF card first. If there is no TF card in the device, the snapshot files will be stored in the flash of the indoor device.
- All the recordings and photographs are be stored in the TF card of the monitor.
- The file system format of the TF card must be Fat32. And the TF card capacity supports up to 32GB. And it is recommended to use a TF card with a writing speed greater than Class 10 on the monitor.
Ring
Set up the doorbell tone of the outdoor doorbell, a total of 12.
Set the mode of the indoor monitor
- [Mode]: Options include “Master” and “Slave”. “Master” indicates that the indoor monitor is connected to the outdoor doorbell, “Slave” indicates that the indoor monitor is connected to the main indoor monitor.
- [Record mode]: Options include “Record” and “Snapshot”.
Set the color parameters
On the color menu the video color of doorbell attributes can be adjusted for the best image quality.
Playback
Options include “Record files” and “Snapshot files”.
Note
- If the indoor monitor detects the TF card, the snapshot files will be stored in the TF card first. If there is no TF card in the monitor, the snapshot files are stored in the built-in storage of the indoor monitor.
- When deleting the snapshot files, if the device detects the TF card, it will delete the snapshot files stored in the TF card first. If there is no TF card in the device, the snapshot files stored in the monitor’s built-in memory will be deleted.
