Bracket removing tool:
It’s used to take out the doorbell from the bracket, please keep it properly.

WiFi connection
Switch on power for your doorbell, and you will see the LED indicator flashes red (once per second) Start setting up your doorbell following the in-app instructions.
Note:
- Please operate the setup near your Wi-Fi router
- Make sure that the WiFiis 2.4Ghz, 5Ghz WiFi is not supported.The mobile phone should be connected to 2.4Ghz WiFi before adding the device.
- Make sure the doorbell is turned on, and its indicator LED is flashing read If not, press and hold RESET for 5 seconds 4)Ensure the Wi-Fi siganal is good, and the Wi-Fi password is correctStep 3:Press the Bell” button, and tap Next
Step 4:Connect 2.4Ghz WiFi, enter WiFi password (5Ghz WiFiis not supported The WiFi password should not have a special symbol) Step 5: Tap Next” to get QR code for the device
Step 6:. Scan QR code to connect, keep a distance of 10-25cm until you hear a tone prompt. Step7. Connect Network
Step8: Connection successful
Note : If you need to re-select the WiFi network, please press and hold the “RESET” button for 5seconds, the device will restart, and the indicator will be flashing red.
Install doorbell
Bracket Removing
- On the live view interface of APP, turn off tamper alarm function.
- Insert the bracket removing tool into the slot with red box, and the bracket will pop out automatically.
Bracket Installation
- Install the bracket to the wall with screws.
- Put the bell close to the bracket as shown above until the bracket covers the protruding parts of the bell back.
- Push the bell down firmly until it is stuck.
Bracket Installation (Tape)
- Tear off the cover on one side of the tape and stick it to the red position in the picture.
- Tear off the cover on the other side of the tape and stick it to the wall.

Functions
Choose Ringtone
You can choose your own ringtone among the four ringtones through app.
Ringtone volume
The chime’s volume could be adjusted by sliding the volume through app.
Chime Pairing through doorbell button
Note: Doorbell and Chime have been configured before leaving the factory.
If the chime isn’t paired by default, please use the following instructions to
pair it manually with the doorbell camera.
Step 1: Supply power to your Chime and Doorbell.Step 2: A short press on the RESET button on the Chime, and you
will see the indicator flashes blue, indicating device is in pairing
mode.Step 3: Press the doorbell button, and
the Chime will sound to react. Pairing succeeds, and the Chime indicator will
be in solid blue.
Chime Pairing through APP
Step 1:Click the RESET” button of chime, the blue light blinks and enter the
configuration mode
Step2Access to Chime setting-Wireless Chime” on your APP Step 3. Make sure
that the blue light blinks on the chime, click pair on the app, the prompt
will appeae rpe pairing command has been sent successfully and your chime will
automatically pair your doorbell, the indicator on the chime will be in solid
blue.
After success pair, you can select the ringtone and adjust the ring volume for
the chime through app.
Note: If the configuration fails, please press the “RESET” button for 5seconds to reset your chime, and follow the instruction to add it again,
Trouble shooting
Questions | Answers |
---|---|
The device cannot be previewed properly? | Check whether the network is normal, |
you can place the camera close to the router, and if not, it is recommended to
reset the device and add it again.
Why is it still in the list
of devices after resetting?| The reset device only resets the network
configuration of the camera, but cannot change the configuration on the App,
remove the camera, and must be deleted by the App.
How to change the camera
network to another router?| First remove and reset the device on the App and
then configure the device again by the App.
Why doesn’t the device identify the SD card?| It is recommended to plug in SD
card after power cut. Confirm whether the SD card is normally available and
the format is FAT32 And the TF card can’t be
identified when the Internet environment is not good.
Why I can’t get the notifications with my cell phone App?| Please confirm that
the App has been running on the phone, and the relevant reminder function has
been opened; Message notification and authority confirmation in the mobile
phone system have been opened.
Share device
Step 1. Click Setting” on the upper right corner
Step 2 Click Device Share
Step 3: Click Add”
Step 4. Scan QR code or enter account to complete sharing (Note: Other users
should create an account of the app before sharing)
