What’s in the box
Introduce the NVR
NOTE: The actual appearance and components may vary with different products, please refer to the actual product.
- Connect the Cameras to the PoE NVR with a 60ft(18.3m) Ethernet Cable.
- Connect the PoE NVR to the Router with a 3ft(1m) Ethernet Cable.
- Connect the PoE NVR to the Monitor with a VGA or HDMI Cable.
- Connect the USB Mouse to the USB2.0 Port.
- Connect the PoE NVR to the Power Outlet.
- Turn on the power switch and enjoy the live view.
- The monitor will display a live view of the camera.
NOTE: To ensure the device works properly, it is recommended to power on the PoE NVR first for testing before a final installation.
Access the System via Smartphone
Search “VSees” in the APP Store or scan the QR code below, download and
install the app and follow the instructions to register an account.
Set up the NVR System
Mouse Operation
Left Button
- Preview or Playback Interface:
- Double-click a single channel to enter full screen and double-click again to exit full screen.
- Navigation Menu: Left-click to select a menu option.
Right Button
- Right-click to bring up the main menu when the mouse is on the preview interface.
- Navigation Menu: Right-click to exit the menu or return to the previous menu option.
Introduce the Menu Bar
Right-click anywhere on the screen to open the menu bar.
- Single – Select a single channel for live viewing
- Multi – Select multi-channel for live viewing
- Start Scan – Start/Stop Scan
- Colour – Adjust colour and image settings
- E-Zoom – E-Zoom the preview interface
- Audio – Adjust the camera volume
- Snap – Snap and save the live-view images
- Stop Record – Start/stop record
- Playback – Search Video playback and quick playback
- Intelligent Alarm – Set up Human Detection and Siren-Light Alarm
- IPC Channel Configuration – IPC channel configuration management
- Main Menu – Enter the Main Menu
System Password
The factory default username is “admin” and the password is empty, so first-
time users can log in the system directly.
Change Password Path: Right-click the mouse-Main Menu-Setup-Users-Change
Password
NOTE: The new password setting cannot be less than 6 characters, please
keep the password properly.
Date & Time Setting
Right-click the mouse – Main Menu – Setup – Basic – Date & Time – Choose the
corresponding time according to your region and then click “Apply” to save.
NOTE: The default time zone is GMT, please choose the corresponding time
according to your region.
Video Playback
Right click the mouse – Playback – Video Playback/Quick Playback.
Video Playback
- Playback the video clips via time search or event search.
Quick Playback
- Quick playback of the first 30 minutes of the video.
- Previous Video: Play the previous video.
- Next Video: Play the next video.
- Fast forward: You can play the video clips at 1/4 time speed to 16 times speed.
- Rewind: You can rewind the video clips at 1-time speed, 8 times speed, 16 times speed, and 32 times speed.
- Screen Modes: Single Channel Playback/Multi-channel Playback. Channels without video playback will show a black screen.
Backup
- Insert a USB into the USB 2.0 port on the PoE NVR.
- Right-click the mouse > Main Menu > Backup > Select channels and time> Search > Select the video clips you want to back up > Click “Apply”.

Camera Introduction
Connection Diagram
Before initial setup, follow the steps below to connect the camera.
- Connect the camera to the PoE switch or injector.
- Connect the camera to the PoE port of NVR via an Ethernet cable.
- After the device is powered on, the NVR will automatically search and add cameras to display live video.
NOTE: The cameras in the kit do not support connection via Method A. TMEZON PoE cameras are fully compatible only with TMEZON PoE NVR.
Set up the camera
Download and launch the VSees App and follow the on-screen instructions to
complete the initial setup.
NOTE
If you are connecting the PoE camera to a TMEZON PoE NVR, please set up the
camera via the NVR interface.
Install the camera
Installation precaution
- Avoid directing the camera towards strong light or reflective objects, including sunlight, lights, glass, mirrors and other areas with strong refraction of light sources.
- Do not install at a location with objects covering or obscuring the camera.
- Avoid mounting the camera in places where too dim, and point the camera towards a well-lit area.
- For better image quality, make sure the camera and the captured subject are at the same lighting conditions.
- For better image quality, it is recommended to clean the lens with a soft cloth from time to time.
- Do not expose the power port to water or moisture, or blocked by dirt or other things.
- Do not install the camera where rain and snow may hit the lens directly.
- The camera may work in extremely cold conditions as low as -10°C because it will produce heat when powered on. You may power the camera indoors for a few minutes before installing it outdoors. (Only for outdoor cameras).
Mount the camera on the wall
NOTE: There are two different types of cameras. Please refer to the
actual product and install the camera according to the corresponding
instructions.
Bullet Camera

Drill holes according to the mounting template, and insert the anchors into the holes.

Align the camera bracket with the indicated location, and screw the camera to the wall.

Loosen the adjustment knob of the bracket, rotate and adjust the camera to a proper angle.

Tighten the adjustment knob of the bracket to lock the camera.
Installation Distance, Height and Angle
- Distance: Best accuracy for objects within 5-50 ft (1.5-15 m).
- Angle: Tilt the camera down about 30°-60°from the horizontal position.
- Height: Install the camera 8-16 ft (2.5-5m) above the ground.
NOTE: The accuracy of human detection will be affected by various
factors, such as the distance between the person and the camera, the height of
the person, the height and angle of the camera, etc.
The accuracy and distance of detection will also be affected in the night
vision environment.

- Use the camera within the given temperature, humidity, and voltage level noted in the specifications.
- And only use accessories approved by the manufacturer.
- Do not disassemble the camera.

- Periodic cleaning may be required. Use a damp cloth only. Do not use any harsh chemical cleaners.
FAQ
- Q: What Ethernet Cable Can Work with the Cameras?
- A: Our cameras support CAT5, CAT6 or CAT7 Ethernet cables.
- Q: The Camera Cannot Be Powered on?
- A: If your PoE camera is powered by the PoE port of a PoE device via an Ethernet cable, please use another Ethernet cable or try a different port on the PoE device. Or, you can use a DC 12V power adapter for power supply.
- Q: Does the camera support motion detection and image capture?
- A: It captures images automatically when people, and cars, are detected or when there is a change in detected images. Users can also manually capture images using the VSees APP.

- Use only a regulated power supply with the product (optional). Use of a non-regulated, non-conforming power supply can damage the product and void the warranty.
- Periodic cleaning may be required. Use a damp cloth only. Do not use any harsh, chemical-based cleaners.
- Do not use the product in a sealed, humid environment. It is recommended to place it in a location that is easily ventilated for installation.
- Do not disassemble the device while the power is on.
