Operating environment: temperature 0°~+40°C Storage temperature: -10°~60°C

Operations

SET/ON/OFF: When first time power on or after a battery replacement, Display will show “SET”, press and hold the button for 3 seconds to set ZERO. For 0-1” micrometer, close the two measuring contacts to calibrate zero. For micrometer sizes above 0-1”, please use supplied standard for zero calibration.
Short press the key to switch the gauge on or off; long press (3 seconds) to set ZERO; auto shut-off in 5 minutes when not in use.
in/mm/ABS: Short press to switch between inch and metric modes. Long press to enter ABS mode, which offers an incremental / relative zero reading (INC will show on the display); long press the key to exit the function (INC will disappear from the display).
DATA: When optional data output kit is inserted in the SPC Data Output Port, by pressing the DATA key, measured value will

  This micrometer has the ability to make data output with selected iGAGING DataConnect data output kits. Please refer to the specific product instruction for initial setup.

Option A
Connect to an iGAGING SmartWireless DataConnect kit: iGAGING# 35-BT-28 insert the data kit to the SPC port; follow the product instruction to set up and export data to a compatible Bluetooth electronic device.
Press the DATA key on micrometer to transmit data.
Must follow all Federal and local regulations on wireless transmission for safe use.

Option B
Connect to an iGAGING Wireless DataConnect kit: iGAGING item# 35-WL-CAD insert wireless SPC Data Sender to the micrometer SPC DATA Port; insert wireless USB Data Receiver to the selected compatible electronic device USB port for data output.
Press the DATA key on micrometer to transmit data.
Must follow all Federal and local regulations on wireless transmission for safe use.

Option C
Connect to iGAGING Cable DataConnect kit: iGAGING item# 100-700-USB insert SPC plug into the micrometer SPC DATA Port; insert USB plug into the selected compatible electronic device USB port for data output.
Press the DATA key on micrometer to transmit data.
