SERVICE
-
Place the raw materials to be dried on the A7 stainless steel drying trays. If you will be drying ingredients that contain a lot of juice, place an A4 drip tray on the bottom of the dryer.
-
Plug the plug of the power cord into an electrical socket.
-
A short beep sounds and “8888” lights up on the display.
-
After 5 seconds, the dryer enters standby mode and “0000” lights up on the display
and the ON/OFF touch sensor(B2) flashes. -
Touch the TIME/TEMP sensor(B2). The factory preset temperature of 70 °C will flash on the display.
-
You can decrease the value by touching the “-” sensor(B4) or increase it by touching the “+” sensor(B5) in 5 °C steps. Holding the sensors will change the temperature value faster.
-
The display will then automatically switch to the factory preset time display of 10 hours and alternate between the temperature setpoint from the previous step and the 10 hour time value at 10 second intervals.

To change the time value, touch the TIME/TEMP sensor(B2) twice in succession. The display shows the time value of 10 hours.
-
Decrease the value by touching the “-” sensor(B4) or increase it by touching the “+” sensor(B5) in 30-minute increments. Holding the sensors will change the time value faster.
-
The START/STOP sensor(B1) will then flash and the dryer is ready to start drying. Start drying by touching the START/STOP sensor(B1).
-
If you do not start drying within 1 minute, the TIME/TEMP sensor(B2) will flash again on the display. To start drying after an interval of 1 minute, touch the TIME/TEMP sensor(B2) twice in succession and then start drying by touching the START/STOP sensor(B1).
The drying process is indicated by the continuous illumination of all sensors and the alternating display of the set time and temperature at intervals of 10 seconds.
You can end the drying process prematurely by touching the START/STOP sensor(B1), which will then flash. The fan will continue to run for 10 seconds after the dryer has switched off, then the dryer will stop drying.
Drying is automatically stopped after the set time has elapsed. “END” appears on the display, the START/STOP sensor(B1) flashes and the dryer beeps 5 times.
