Warnings and precautions

Please read all safety instructions below and follow all general safety measures before use. Any non-compliant operation may cause damage to the product.

  • Do not use the appliance to pick up high-temperature dirt (matches, cigarette ends, hot ashes, or any hot objects), micro dust (lime, cement, fine sawdust, plaster, ashes, carbon dust), large sharp objects (broken glass, nails, pins), dangerous objects, chemical substances, or flammable liquids.
  • Please keep the air outlet of appliance away from hair, loose clothing, fingers or other parts of the body. Do not point the suction tube, extension tube, or other nozzle at the eyes and ears, or put it in the mouth.
  • If large pieces of paper, paper balls, plastic sheets or sharp objects are lying on the surface to be cleaned, or there is anything thicker than a drinking straw, please remove such objects in advance to prevent the suction tube from becoming blocked and affecting the use of the product.
  • During use, if there is any electrical discharge, high motor temperature, or abnormal sounds, e.g. a component seems excessively hot, there is a strange sound and smell, or weak suction, stop using the appliance at once.
  • Check the dust cup regularly. If the dust cup is full, please empty it in time. Keep the air outlet unblocked to avoid loss of suction power and motor heating – this may lead to the reduction of vacuum cleaner service life.
  • Regularly check to ensure the extension tube is unblocked. If there is a blockage, please remove in time to avoid any reduction in suction and performance.
  • When cleaning the appliance, do not use lubricants, abrasives, or polish to clean any part. Please call our customer service department for help if the appliance malfunctions. Do not repair by yourself.
