1. First, moisten the skin of the cervical spine and apply the product.

2. To turn on the device, hold the scroll wheel for 2 seconds – turning on the device will be confirmed by a voice message. Default the device’s operating intensity level is (0). Scrolling the wheel up increases level of work intensity; scrolling the wheel down decreases the intensity. Work intensity levels can be changed in the range 0-9. While scrolling, the device provides voice information about the current level.

3. The type of massage depends on the selection of one of the four operating modes (mode pressing, kneading mode, beating mode, integrated mode). The mode changes by briefly pressing the scroll wheel. Every time you switch mode massage, the device operation intensity returns to the default level (0). After turned on again, the device will return to the last mode used massage.

4. To turn off the device, press and hold the scroll wheel for 2 seconds.

Loading the product

1. When the battery level is low, the button light will turn orange power supply. Tips
