Operation method

1. When the device has a low battery, the power key indicator lamp turns yellow from blue, accompanied by a voice prompt “low battery”. At this time, you may charge the device by connecting the USB cable In an adapter that meets the standards of household appliances (output range:5V 1-2A) or to a computer USB port. While charging, the yellow lamp flashes; when the massager is fully charged, the blue lamp is always on. It takes around 4 hours for the device to be fully charged, after which, the device can be used for 3-4 hours.
2. Before use, first wet the skin of the cervical spine with a wet towel, and then wear the product on the neck, so that the electrode is attached the skin of the cervical spine. Then, adjust the position of the product. turn on the device and adjust the appropriate massage intensity and mode.
3. Press and hold “ ” for two seconds to power on the device (with voice prompt Hi, SKG. ).
4. Enter “smart mode” with default level 0. When the device is on, each time you press the ‘ “you switch one mode in cycle among four modes (the voice prompts “Smart mode”, ‘Relax mode”, “Active mode”, and “Physical therapy mode” when the mode is switched). Every time when you switch the mode, the intensity returns to the default level 0. When the device is on, you may press and hold for two seconds to turn off the device, accompanied by a voice prompt “Bye”.
5. “+” is the intensity increase button and Voice ON key. For each short-press, the voice prompts corresponding levels such as level 1′, and “level 2” to increase one level. The intensity includes 15 levels (0, 1,2…15). Press “+” when the Intensity reaches 14 and the voice prompts: “max.”. Then press “+” again and the voice still prompts “max.” with unchanged intensity. A long-press “+” turn on the voice function. Press “…for two seconds to turn on the voice, and the voice prompt “audio mode” is given.
6. “-” is the intensity decrease button and Voice Off key. For each short-press, the voice prompts corresponding levels such as level 14″, and “level 13” to Increase one level. The intensity includes 15 levels (15, 14, 13 0). Press “-” when the intensity reaches 1 and the voice prompts: “min “. Then press “-” again and the voice still prompts “min.” with unchanged intensity. A long-press turn on voice function. Press “-‘ for two seconds to turn off the voice, and the voice prompt “mute mode” is given.
7. ” ijj ” is the heating adjusting button. Press once to start heating and the voice prompts: “Low-level hot compress”. The electrode is heated while its temperature is kept at 38±2°C Press twice, and the medium level is activated, when the voice prompt “Medium heat” is given while the electrode temperature is kept at 40±2°C; Press three times, and the high level is activated, when the voice prompt “high-level hot compress” is given, while the electrode is kept at 42±2°C Press again to turn off the heating, and the voice prompt: “Stop heating’.
8. When the product is properly worn and used the main machine is in a power-on state; when both heating and massage is not in service, the product will automatically be turned off in about 120s, while the voice prompt “Bye” is given; Once the product is not properly worn, it will get automatically turned off in about 120s, while the voice prompt “Bye” is given.
9. Where the battery is too low, the main machine is powered off automatically while the voice prompt “Bye” is given.

Tips

• Appropriate massage is recommended; it is recommended to use no more than half an hour a day.
• Store the device in a well-ventilated and dry place after use.
•  Don’t put other heavy items on the device.

Routine maintenance

•  When cleaning and maintaining the device, turn it off and clean the electrode with wet tissue paper. When it’s especially dirty, use a small amount of medical alcohol (alcohol concentration of 75%) to wide and disinfect.
• During daily maintenance, use a neutral cleanser and a soft cloth to wipe. Don’t use a corrosive cleanser and don’t soak or rinse it in water. Don’t wash it with water. • During the cleaning process, prevent water or other liquid from entering the device to avoid short circuits and electric shock.

• If you have problems using the product please refer to the following tips and solutions.
• If the product is still in a fault condition or cannot be used, turn off the power.
• Users should not attempt to disassemble or repair the product by themselves.

•Is the skin allergic to the electrode? Those with severe allergies need to be desensitized first.
•Is the climate cold and the skin dry/ Use a wet towel to moisten the skin area prior to using.
•Does the skin have a wound? Do not place the electrodes on the wound during use.
Weak stimulation| •Is the massager’s electrode in good contact with the skin area? Try adjusting the position of the electrode onto the skin surface, to improve skin contact, and adjust the massager’s intensity.
•Is the electrode dirty or oily? Clean the electrode surface.
•Is the battery running low? Please charge if the battery is low.
•Is massage intensity level too low? Increase massage intensity.

Please never use the product together with the following medical electronic devices:

1. Pacemaker and other implantable medical electronic devices;

• During the massage, don’t contact wounds and scars with the electrode.

• The product is recommended to be used by one user. In case it’s used by two or more users, the electrode should be cleaned before use.

• When using the product, the electrode should be tightly attached to the skin in uniform contact.

• The electrode of the massager has a heating function. A hot compress on the same part for a long time (more than 15 minutes) may cause low-temperature burns.

• In case of discomfort during or after usage, stop using it and seek medical attention.

• This product contains a lithium battery. Don’t disassemble, modify, immerse the product or throw it into the fire, otherwise, it may cause product damage or explosion.

• Please consult your doctor for the following situations. Failure to do so may cause an accident or discomfort.
  1. Patients who are receiving medical treatment and feel unwell.
  2. Patients suffering from abnormal cardiac conditions and brain nerves
  3. Patients whose temperature exceeds 38 degrees (fever).
  4. Patients suffering from infectious diseases.

• The electrode of the massager has a heating function. Users who are not sensitive to heat or too sensitive to heat should consult a doctor before use.
• When the product is in use for a long time, the surface will be hot, which is normal.
