V9 Smart Watch User Guide

Product Overview

※ For the best heart rate measurement results, wear the watch away from your wrist bone and fit it comfortably on your wrist, but not too tightly.
※ The watch and strap are made of materials that are safe to wear, so you can wear the watch with confidence. If you have issues such as skin discomfort while wearing the watch, stop using it and contact a doctor.

Enter Pairing Mode
Press and hold the Function button (side button) for 6 seconds the first time you  turn it on. The startup logo will appear on the screen and the watch will vibrate when it  turns on to indicate it has entered pairing mode.

Download “SKG Watch V9” APP
Search “SKG Watch V9” in the APP Store, then download and install it to your phone.

Settings and Pairing
Click the plus icon in the APP “SKG Watch V9”to add device. Select the SKG watch V9 from the device found to bind , or click the upper right corner to scan the QR code
on your watch to bind.

Screen Actions
Swipe down to enter the quick settings page
Swipe up to view notifications
Swipe left to view the first widget
Swipe right to return to the previous page
Press and hold for 3 seconds to change the watch face

Turn off screen

Press and Release
Wake up watch
Pause or resume workout
Go back to previous page
Open feature list
Press and Hold
Power on, power off or restart
Press and hold for 12 seconds, then release and the watch will forcely restart.

Charging
To charge the watch, place the watch on the charging base and make sure that the watch charging contacts are aligned with the metal contacts of the charging base.

Note:
※ If the watch has not been used for a long time and the battery runs out, it needs to wait for a while before it can be again powered on.
Before charging, please wipe away sweat or moisture residue to keep the charging contacts of the watch clean.

Changing the Strap
Toggle the switch to remove and attach the strap.

Battery warning

The built-in lithium battery of the product is forbidden to be disassembled, impacted, extruded or put into fire. The battery under the very low air pressure may result in  explosion or flammable liquid or gas leakage. Avoid the battery in a high-temperature environment or being exposed to strong sunlight to avert explosion.
Don’t use the battery continuously in case of serious ballooning. The battery shall be handled pursuant to the local regulations and shall not be disposed as household  arbage. Don’t try to repair, remove or refit the battery. The explosion may happen if the battery is replaced by the one subject to incorrect model. Don’t compress or puncture the battery with hard object. The battery leakage, overheating or outbreak of a fire may occur if the battery is destroyed.

Disposal and Recycling Information

This symbol (with or without a solid bar) on the device, batteries (included), and / or the packaging, indicates that the device and its electrical accessories (for example, a headset, adapter or cable) and batteries should not be disposed of as household garbage.

Matters Needing Attention

  1. When you buy the product, the sales unit will issue a valid proof of purchase.
  2. The warranty card and the proof of purchase should be kept by the user properly, and it will not be replaced if lost.
  3. If the product fails due to non-human factors, the user can present the warranty card and proof of purchase to the SKG customer service center for free maintenance during the warranty period.

Old electrical appliances must not be disposed of together with the residual waste, but have to be disposed of separately. The disposal at the communal collecting point via private persons is for free. The owner of old appliances is responsible to bring the appliances to these collecting points or to similar collection points.
With this little personal effort, you contribute to recycle valuable raw materials and the treatment
of toxic substances.
If you experience discomfort or skin irritation when wearing your smart watch, then we recommend you try cleaning your device.
Sometimes residue or foreign materials build up around your device and may aggravate your skin.
It’s also possible that you are not wearing the watch correctly. We recommend making sure to clean and adjust your watch regularly for a more comfortable fit.

Caution:

  • If you experience skin irritation when wearing your watch, please refrain from wearing, and wait two to three days to see if your symptoms ease. If symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a physician.
  • If you have eczema, allergies or asthma, you may be more likely to experience a skin irritation or allergy from a wearable device.
