Product Usage Instructions
Installation
To install the product, please follow the steps below:
Step 1A
If your overflow pipe has ears on the sides, skip to step 2A. Otherwise, follow step 1B.
Step 1B
- Insert the ring around the overflow pipe.
- Push the flapper all the way down the pipe until it is flush with the seat.
Step 2A
If your overflow pipe has ears on the sides, follow step 2B.
Otherwise, skip to step 3.
Step 2B
- Cut the ring out using scissors, following the lines marked “Cut Here”.
Step 3
Pull the loops over the ears of the overflow pipe.
Step 4
Hook the chain to the tank lever arm, leaving a slack of 1/2 inch (1.27 cm) in
the chain.

- 1A – If your overflow pipe does not have ears on the sides, see step
- 1B – Insert the ring around the overflow pipe and push the flapper all the way down the pipe so that it is flush with the seat.
- 2A – If your overflow pipe has ears on the sides, see step
- 2B – Cut the ring out by using scissors by cutting at the lines marked “Cut Here.”
- 3 – Pull the loops over the ears of the overflow pipe.
- 4 – Hook the chain to the tank lever arm with 1/2” slack in chain

- DO NOT USE IN-TANK DROP-IN TOILET BOWL CLEANERS CONTAINING BLEACH OR CHLORINE. Use of such products will: (1) RESULT IN DAMAGE to tank components and MAY CAUSE FLOODING and PROPERTY DAMAGE and (2) VOID FLUIDMASTER WARRANTY. DO NOT overtighten nuts or tank/ bowl may crack.
