App Installation
To use the Kogan Pulse 3 Smart Watch, you need to install the Fit app on
your smartphone.
- Download the Da Fit app from the iOS App Store or the Google Play store, or by scanning the QR code provided. Alternatively, you can search for “Da Fit” in the app store search engine.
- Once the app is installed, open it and follow the on-screen instructions to register.
- Make sure to accept all the permissions that the app requests.
Pairing iOS / Android devices
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- In the Fit app, tap on the bottom middle icon to access the device section.
- Tap on “Add a device” and select “Pulse 3” from the available devices list.
- The pairing process will start. Make sure the smartwatch is close to your smartphone.
- A message from your smartphone’s Bluetooth will pop up. Accept the pairing.
Operation
How to attach and remove the straps
To attach or remove the straps:
- To remove a strap: Depress the release mechanism near the connection point, slide out the quick-release pins, and repeat for both sides if necessary.
- To attach a strap: Align the quick-release pins with the slots on the watch case, slide the pins into place, and confirm a secure fit.
Charging
The smartwatch’s full charge time is approximately 3.5 hours, and the
battery can last up to 4-6 days depending on usage. Use the 45 cm USB-A cable
with magnetic charging port included in the box to charge the smartwatch.
Connect the USB-A connector to a charger, computer output, or power bank.
Place the magnetic port in a way so that it sticks to the 2 pins featured on
the back part of the watch body.
Power on/off
To power on/off the smartwatch, press and hold the top button (home button)
until the screen turns on/off.
About IP protection rating
The Pulse 3 smartwatch has an IP68 protection rating. This means it can
withstand being submerged under water up to 2 meters for up to 30 minutes.
Note : After swimming in saltwater, it is recommended to rinse the watch with fresh water due to the corrosive effect of salt.
Touch controls
Swipe your finger to the left from the main screen to access the quick access
menu. To add more functions to the quick access menu, keep swiping your finger
to the left until you see the “+” option and tap on it. To delete a function
from the quick access menu, long press it and tap the “-” red icon.
FAQ
How long does the battery last?
The battery can last up to 4-6 days depending on usage.
Can I swim with the smartwatch?
Yes, the smartwatch has an IP68 protection rating, which means it can be
submerged under water up to 2 meters for up to 30 minutes. However, it is
recommended to rinse the watch with fresh water after swimming in saltwater.
SAFETY & WARNINGS
Please read the following instructions before using the device for the first
time:
- When you use device keep it away from heat sources (fire) and from humidity sources (water and other liquids).
- If the product is wet or damaged do not use it.
- Do not use the product with wet hands.
- Do not allow the device to come into contact with flammable materials.
- Do not expose the product to high temperatures (for example: inside a car during hot weather).

- To prevent device damage, accessory damage and device failure, always protect the device against strong impact or shock.
- Do not disassemble or modify the device or its accessories without authorization. Any device failure should be referred to our after-sales service personnel.
- The smartwatch heart rate and blood oxygen data should not be used as the basis for any medical or diagnostic decision.
- Only qualified medical personnel can diagnose and treat cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure problems. Contact your medical centre for a medical opinion and do not treat or diagnose yourself.
- The smartwatch heart rate and blood oxygen data may not be accurate due to factors such as signal interference, improper placement of the device or weather or physiological changes.
- Do not use the smartwatch data to modify your medication or medical treatment. Follow the instructions provided by authorised medical personnel.
- The watch is not suitable for hot baths, hot springs, saunas, snorkelling, diving, water skiing and other wading or deep-water activities with high-speed water flow.

OVERVIEW
APP INSTALLATION
Download the Da Fit app
- Download the Da Fit app from the iOS App Store or the Google Play store, or by scanning the QR code below.
- You can also download the app directly by typing “Da Fit” in the Google Play or App Store search engine.
Register in the app
Registering in the app is very simple.
- Once the app is installed, access it. The next screen will appear:
- Set all the parameters. Once you do so, you are ready to go.
- Make sure to accept all the permissions that the app requests.
Pairing iOS / Android devices
- Enable your smartphone’s Bluetooth.
- Enter the Da Fit app and tap on the bottom middle icon to access the device section.
- Tap on the add a device option. Once you do so, the available devices list will show. Tap on “Pulse 3”.
- Once you tap on the device the pairing process will start. When you do so, ensure the watch is close to your smartphone.
- A message from your smartphone’s Bluetooth will pop up. Make sure to accept the pairing.
How to attach and remove the straps
Although only one strap is included in the box, it can be attached and removed
easily. The shorter strap must be placed in the display’s top slot, while the
longer strap must be placed in the display’s bottom slot. Otherwise, the
insertion system may be irreparably damaged.

To remove a strap:
Remove a strap from your smartwatch by depressing the release mechanism near the connection point, sliding out the quick-release pins, and repeating for both sides if necessary. -
To attach a strap:
Attach the new strap to your smartwatch by aligning the quick-release pins with the slots on the watch case, sliding the pins into place, and confirming a secure fit.
Charging
- The smartwatch’s full charge time is approximately 3.5 hours and the battery can last up to 4-6 days depending on the usage.
- Use the 45 cm USB-A cable with magnetic charging port that is included in the box to charge the smartwatch.
- Connect the USB-A connector to a charger, computer output or power bank and place the magnetic port in a way so that it sticks to the 2 pins featured on the back part of the body watch.
Power on/off
- To turn on the smartwatch press and hold the top button for 4 seconds.
- To turn off the smartwatch press and hold the top button for 4 seconds.
You can also power off, restart or reset the smartwatch. To do so access the smartwatch main menu and access the watch settings (gear icon). Scroll down and tap on system. When you do so, you will see a list of three options: restart, power off and reset. Tap on the desired option.
About IP protection rating
The Pulse 3 smartwatch has an IP68 protection rating. This means that it can
withstand being submersed under water 2 meters for up to 30 minutes.
Notes : In case of swimming in the sea or in a saltwater pool, it is recommended to rinse the watch with fresh water after the immersion due to the corrosive effect of salt water.
It is important to always accept all the permissions requested by the app so that the smartwatch functions optimally. Also activate all the desired features from the device option within the watch section in the Da Fit app.
Touch controls
- Swipe your finger to the left from the main screen to access the quick access menu. A few functions are set by default (activity, sleep, heart rate, SpO2, Weather…). To add more functions to the quick access menu keep swiping your finger to the left until you see the “+” option and tap on it. If you want to delete which quick access menu, you can long press it and tap the “-” red icon to delete it.
- Swipe your finger downward from the main screen to enter the options menu. In here you will find different functions, such as the do not disturb mode, settings, low power mode, brightness, among others. To access any of these options, simply tap on their corresponding icon.
- Swipe your finger upward from the main screen to view app notifications, missed calls, text messages and other notifications.
- Swipe your finger to the right from the main screen to access the auxiliary menu. In here you will see the latest app functions that you have accessed. From here you can also access the smartwatch main menu. To do so, tap on the grey icon that shows 9 dots.
Control Centre
Top button (home button)
Press the top button to wake up and sleep the home screen. You can also use it
to go back to the main screen whenever you are making use of a function or in
any of the various menus. You can also use it to turn off the smartwatch, as
previously explained in the manual.
Lower button
Press the lower button to access the smartwatch main menu.
Changing the watch face
There are 3 options when it comes to changing the Contact watch face:
- The first option is from within the smartwatch. On the main screen, long tap on the display and you will see multiple watch faces. Tap on the one that you like the most to make it your watch face.
- The second option is swiping your finger downward from the main screen to enter the options menu. Tap the Settings into list, tap Display, tap Watch Face to change the watch face.
- The third option is from the DaFit app. From the device section you will see the watch faces option. From here you will be able to select a wide variety of watch faces to download them and set them as your main screen theme. The watch latest watch face that you download will be stored in the smartwatch face change function.
- Press the “Edit” button below the watch face to edit and create your own watch face using images stored on your phone.
Calls
The Pulse 3 smartwatch allows you to make, receive, answer and reject calls.
You can maintain a phone call conversation with just the smartwatch thanks to
its built-in microphone and speaker.
Receiving, answering and rejecting calls
- Calls will appear in real time on the screen and the watch will vibrate.
- Calls can be accepted by pressing the green icon and rejected by pressing the red icon.
- If the call is accepted, it can be ended by pressing the red icon. To reject the call, tap on the red icon before answering it. A lost call notification will appear on the smartwatch’s display.
Making calls
There are 3 options when it comes to making calls. All of them can be accessed
by entering the smartwatch main menu and tapping on the green icon showing a
phone.

Call a contact:
Choose up to 8 contacts from the favorite contacts option within the Da Fit app device section. Once you do so, access the smartwatch main menu and tap on the green icon showing a phone. Tap on the contacts’ option; you will see that the 8 contacts that you have chosen will show. Tap on the contact whom you want to call. -
Dial pad:
Tap on the dial pad option to dial any phone number. Once dialed, tap on the icon showing a phone to start the call. -
Recent calls:
Tap on the recent calls option to access a register of calls that you have made and received. To call one of the contacts/phone numbers that appear, simply tap on the corresponding contact/number.
Notifications
- The smartwatch displays your smartphone notifications. This includes apps such as:
- WhatsApp,
- Gmail,
- Instagram,
- Twitter, and
- LinkedIn,
- among many others.
- Make sure to enable them through the Da Fit app. To enable them, simply access the notifications option in the DaFit device section and tap on the box to enable them.
Voice assistants
To make use of the voice assistant function, simply access the auxiliary menu
and tap on the talk after tap option, on top of the menu. To correctly
configure the voice assistant function, you must have successfully
synchronised the smartwatch to your smartphone via DaFit app and enabled all
accesses.
Music Control
The smartwatch features a music control tool. Access the smartwatch main menu
and tap on the musical note icon. Once inside, you will see several options:

Play/Pause:
Tap on the icon to pause or play the music that you are listening to. -
Previous song/Next song:
Tap on the previous or next icon to play the previous or the next song. -
Increase/Decrease volume:
Tap on the speaker icon to increase or decrease volume.
When your phone is paired with your smartphone, all the audio files and videos will play on the smartwatch. This includes YouTube videos, WhatsApp voice notes, WhatsApp videos, etc.
To stop this from happening, access your watch settings, enter the phone call option. Once inside you will see the following:
Unselect the “Audio Bluetooth” setting so that all the music, videos, voice notes and other files that contain audio play on the phone and not on the smartwatch.
Remote camera control
The Pulse 3 smartwatch allows you to take pictures from your smartphone
remotely. Access the smartwatch main menu and tap on the camera icon. For both
android & IOS, the camera within the App must be selected to use the Camera
Control Mode. This cannot be used via the in-built Camera app on the phone. To
take remote pictures, simply place your smartphone wherever you want and tap
on the red circle inside the remote camera function of your smartwatch.
Find my device
The Pulse 3 smartwatch feature an anti-lost function. Access the smartwatch
main menu and tap on the green icon showing a radar. Once inside, tap on the
screen to make your phone sound. The DaFit app will let you do the same but
the other way around. Access the device section of the app and enter the
others option. Once inside, you will see a find device option, tap on it to
make the smartwatch sound.
Other functions
The smartwatch features a wide variety of other functions, such as: alarm, calculator, stopwatch, timer, weather, breathing exercises, reminders, among others.
Health
Sports
- The Pulse 3 smartwatch allows you to monitor a wide variety of sports. You can access the sport monitoring from the main menu. Access the main menu and tap on the orange icon showing an arm.
- Once inside, you will see a list of sports to monitor. Choose the desired sport and the smartwatch will start monitoring your physical activity, such as: steps, calories burned, heart rate in real time, distance travelled.
- To stop monitoring the sport that you have chosen, tap on the top button and then on the stop icon. All the sport data will register in the smartwatch. To access this data, enter the main menu and tap on the red icon showing a paper and a weight.
Pedometer, calories burned and distance travelled
The smartwatch automatically registers the steps taken, the burned calories
and the distance travelled. To view this information, access the smartwatch
main menu and tap on the Activity icon with yellow, green and orange. You can
also access this feature via quick access menu. This data will also appear in
the Da Fit main section.
Heart rate monitor
The Pulse 3 smartwatch monitors your heart rate automatically. You can set the
smartwatch to measure it every 5, 10, 20 or 30 minutes automatically. To do
so, enter the DaFit device section and tap on the others option. From there,
you will be able to set the automatic heart rate measurement (Full-day Heart
Rate). You will also be able to measure your heart rate immediately. To make
use of this tool, access the smartwatch main menu and tap on the red heart
icon. Once inside, tap on the screen to start measuring your heart rate. After
a few seconds, the number of heart beats per minute will be displayed. You can
also access this feature via quick access menu.
Blood oxygen meter (Sp02)
- The Pulse 3 smartwatch allows you to measure your blood oxygen saturation levels instantly.
- To make use of this tool, access the smartwatch main menu and tap on the red O2 icon.
- Once inside, tap on the screen to start measuring your blood oxygen saturation.
- After 60 seconds your blood oxygen saturation data will be displayed and the watch will vibrate.
- This data will also be displayed in the DaFit main section.
Sleep monitor
The smartwatch functions while you sleep and provides statistics on the time
and quality of your sleep. This tool’s available information is more detailed
in the DaFit app than in the smartwatch:

In the smartwatch:
To consult the time that you have slept, access the main menu and tap on the purple icon showing a moon. Once inside, your time slept will be displayed, as well as the time that you have been in deep, light, REM sleep and awake. -
In the app:
Your sleep data will also be displayed in the DaFit main section. Here, you will be able to see the time that you have slept, as well as the time that you have been in deep, light, REM sleep and awake. You will also be able to view a weekly and monthly sleeping record with all your sleep data.
You can also attach this function to the quick access menu.
Menstrual cycle
The DaFit app allows you to set reminders related to your menstrual cycle.
Enter the DaFit device section and access the others option. Once inside,
scroll down and you will see the physiological cycle reminder.
From here, you will be able to set some data related to your menstrual period, such as: cycle days, menstrual days, last menstrual start date, reminders, among others. When you set all this info, access the physiological cycle calendar to view your cycle chronological data.
If you set reminders, they will show in the smartwatch. To view these reminders, simply access the main menu and tap on the red icon showing a flower. From here, you will also be able to view the cycle chronological data.

There are 8 menu view for choose, enter watch settings, tap “Display”, scroll
down and you will see Menu View this setting.
Connect to App (OS)
Activity data will be syr•chronised to the hearth app after connection. To

Updating Watch FWmware
To update the firmware of pur watch, open the DoFit app, tap on “Device
Upgrade”.
Synchronwng Data
- To ensure any data which has been stored on the watch is not lost. the watch needs to be synced to the app.
- Open the app and wait until syncing is confirmed. The watch only keeps records for the last 7 days (e.g. pedometer. distance. calories. sleep. etc.).
- Ensure to synchronise your data at least every 7 days.
CLEANING & CARE
- Clean the product regularly with a dry cloth. The product must be unplugged or unplugged or switched off when cleaning.
- Keep the product’s ports and connectors clean from dust, dirt, etc., to ensure proper connection.
- Avoid breaking the product. Do not place objects on it or bend it with excessive force.
- If the product has a cable, do not bend or pull it with excessive force to avoid damaging it.
- Do not wet or immerse the product. Always keep the product in a dry place away from moisture.
- When not in use, store the product in a clean, dry place away from moisture and dirt.
- If water enters the product, immediately disconnect it from any power source or device to which it is connected.
- Avoid bumps and drops that could damage the product.
- Do not use the product for any purpose other than that for which it was designed.
- Recycle the product in accordance with local environmental rules and regulations.
