To stream videos with either the EZMirror (Miracast) feature built into our app or the Google Home app, make sure your Android phone supports HDCP with Miracast if you wish to watch online copyright-protected movies. Beam J2 is also compatible with all common TV sticks, including Roku and Amazon Fire TV sticks, both of which offer Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, and other streaming services.

Do I lose internet connection if my Mack book is connected to the projector via Wi-Fi rather than the home Wi-Fi?****
Your MacBook can still be connected with both the Wi-Fi internet and the projector by first connecting the projector to your home Wi-Fi (Homepage > Wi- Fi > Wi-Fi configuration > Internet).
Does it support Google Pixel devices?****
Yes. Devices running iOS and Android can both stream wirelessly.
Is the projector controlled by an IR or RF remote? Is it feasible to operate this projector’s power and volume using the voice remote for the Roku?****
The projector is controlled by the remote via RF; Roku voice commands are not supported.
