Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the fire pit, remove any packaging material within and around the fire pit supplied for protection during transit.
- Place the product on a flat surface. Do not use indoors! This product is for outdoor use only.
- Keep children and pets away from the fire pit.
- Do not leave a burning fire unattended.
- Avoid pouring cold water onto the metal bowl to prevent thermal shock damage.
- Do not use this product in confined and/or habitable spaces such as houses, tents, caravans, motor homes, or boats due to the danger of carbon monoxide poisoning.
- Add a 2-3cm layer of sand into the bottom of the fire bowl before using the fire pit. This helps guard against corrosive ashes and helps radiate heat upwards.
- When using the product, wear special gloves suitable for protecting against high temperatures.
- Do not move the fire pit during operation.
- Do not use spirit or petrol for lighting or relighting the fire pit.
- Avoid using the product on flammable surfaces such as decking, dry grass, wood chips, leaves, or decorative bark.
- Position the fire pit at least 2m away from flammable items and ensure a minimum overhead clearance of 2m from the top of the unit.
- Approved fuels for this product are logs, hardwood charcoals, or candles.
- Do not put more than 1.5 kg of fuel inside the fire pit.
- Use heat-resistant gloves when adding fuel to the fire pit.
- Regularly clean the product between uses and especially after long periods of storage.
- Clean the product only when it has cooled down completely.
- Keep the fire pit away from humidity and do not expose it to weather elements.
- Do not pour water on the fire pit when its surface is hot.
- Handle hot parts with protective gloves.
- Ensure that the fire pit has cooled down completely before covering or storing it.
Note: All burning and lighting materials are sold separately. Be careful when using lighter fluid with hardwood charcoal to avoid igniting spilled fluid. Always use heat-resistant gloves (not supplied) when adding fuel as the unit will become very hot.

- Ensure that the product is positioned at least 2m away from flammable items. Also ensure that there is a minimum overhead clearance of 2m from the top of the unit.
USING OUTDOOR FIRE PIT
- Approved fuels for this product are logs, hardwood charcoals or candles.
- Never put more than 1.5 kg of fuels inside this product.
- All burning and lighting materials are sold separately.
- Be careful when you put lighter fluid onto the hardwood charcoal.
- See to it that the lighter fluid would not drip on the ground.
- A hot outdoor fire pit can ignite the spilled lighter fluid.
- ALWAYS use heat resistant gloves (not supplied) when adding fuel , as the unit will become very hot.
Maintenance
- Regularly clean the product between uses and especially after long periods of storage.
- Make sure that the pro duct and its components are cool enough before cleaning them.
- Never leave this product exposed to the weather elements, and keep it away from humidity .
- Never pour water on this product when its surface is hot.
- Never handle hot parts without protecting your hands.
- Make sure that this product has cooled down completely before covering or storing it.

- This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law or the relevant. Consumer Laws in the country of purchase:
- You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- Any claim under this warranty must be made within 12 (twelve) months of the date of purchase of the product to Garth Australia. Proof of purchase must be presented.
CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY

WHAT IS NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY
- Removal or re-installation costs. This warranty does not cover costs for transit, nor in home service.
- Lack of maintenance, abuse, neglect, misuse, accidental or improper assembly of this appliance.
- Scratches, dents, corrosion or discoloration caused by heat, abrasive chemical cleaners or chipping of porcelain enamel parts.
- Cleaning and wear and tear – service calls of this nature are chargeable.
- Corrosion or damage caused by exposure to the elements such as insects, weather, hail or grease and fat fires.
- Commercial use of this appliance.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications during the warranty period.
- Glass breakage due to misuse or overheating.
- Cost of returning goods for repair or replacement.
