PREPARATION FOR TAKING OFF

Be sure that both the transmitter and the quadcopter have sufficient battery power.Aosenma-ASM01-remote-control-For-aircraft-2

  1. Checking Propellers: There are two types of propellers installed on quadcopters.

    • One pair of propellers, marked Wth 0, will rotate clockwise.
    • The other pair, marked with II, will rotate anticlockwise.
  2.  Extending the arms in the illustrated directions until they are snapped onto the shell.

  3.  Battery installation: lowest tho battery pack into the battery compartment until it i5 secured (Following the direction as illustrated in the photos below.)
    Note please remove the battery when the aircraft is not operated for a long time

  4. Binding Operation:
    As shown in the figure below, short press and then long press until 4 lights are normally on and 4 boom lights start flashing, then the aircraft starts
    Switch on your quadcopter firstiy, and then switch on the remote control by pressing and holding the power switch). There appears quadcopter battery vollag9 on the display immediately after your quadcopter and the remote controller is bound

  5. Compass Cablibration
    Shorty press this button for three times and then turn the quadcopter clockwise for 3 turns. It enters compass calibration. After compass calibration is completed, there goes one beeping sound from the remote controller and the taillight on quadcopter blinks slowly.

  6. For first-time use
    Place the quadcopter on a horizontal plane, shortly press the button twice. When there is no GPS, the front arm yellow light in optical flow mode, The rear arms and fuselage tail lights are blue lights  When there is GPS, the front arm red light, the reararm and the machine Body tail lights are two- color lights
    Note: Repeat the above operation if calibration fails.

  7. Flying Mode
    The quadcopter will not take off by poor GPS signal. In this way, press and hold the button (Button B) until Figure 2 (optical flow mode) appears on the display. You can handle the quadcopter mannually.

  8.   Flying Speed
    Flying speed is switchable. Press Button B to obtain the different speeds. (Slow/Middle/Fast)

  9.   GPS Mode
    GPS searching should be operated when you intend to play outdoors. This may last 1-2 minutes before the searching operation is completed. And send out the prompt tone of “Di”

Preparing For Taking-off

  1. Lock /Unlock
    Place the quadcopter on a plane level.
    To unlock : Pull the two rods outwards. The transmitter gives off one beeping sound and then the quadcopter is ready to fly.
    To lock: Pull the two roads inwards.

  2. One-Key Taking-off
    Make sure the quadcopter is unlocked. Shortly press button C (One-Key taking- off)three times, release the button until the transmitter goes one beeping sound.  The quadcopter will automatically take off. Buttor

  3. Manual Taking-off
    Unlock the quadcopter. Pull the throttle rod as shown to enable it to ascend gently. Centre the throttle rod when the quadcopter reaches the desire height.

Flying Operation

General Operation

Push or pull the throttle/steering rod te> ascend or descend. Flip throttle/steering rod to the left or to the right to steer. Push or pull the Diredion Rod to fly forwards or backward. Turn the Erection Rod to the right or to the left to fly left/right sideways

Left-Hand Throttle/Right-Hand Throttle Control

The default mode records left-hand throttle control.

To exchange left-right hand throttle mode:

Press and hold the button(button B), switching on the remote control. The remote control goes one beeping sound at the time the exchange is fulfilled

Landing

  1. Manual Landing:
    Gently pull the throttle/steering rod down to descent. The quadcopter will be automatically locked up after landing.

  2. One-Key Landing Mode:
    Press One-Key Landing three times and transmitter goes one beeping sound. One- Key Landing Mode will be performed.

  3.   One-Key Return
    Press the One-Key Return button to call back the quadcopter. The quadcopter will be automatically locked up after landing. Limitations

  4.   Switch off quadcopter and transmitter when not in use.
    Press and hold the Power Button to switch off the power. ( both on quadcopter and on transmitter.)

Safety Information

  1. Fail-Safe:
    The quadcopter will return automatically as long as failure occurs. Under this condiction, the transmitter gives off long-time being sounds. Pressing and holding One-Key button will resume and you can take over by transmitter to operate it.

  2. Low Battery Power Return
    The quadcopter will return when low battery power is detected. Pressing and holding One-Key button will resume and you can take over by transmitter to operate it.

  3. Leaning-Flying Prevention
    The quadcopter will be automatically switched off once it leans over 80 degrees.

Main Features

Charging Battery Pack

Take out the battery pack from the quadcopter. Connect the battery pack with the USB charger Provided in the package.

Charging:
Green LED flashes slowly.

Fully charged:
Green LED is solid on.

Circuit Indication:
Red LED flashes slowly.

Note:
The USB can be connected with the smartphone adaptor (Output: 1-2A) to reduce the charging time into 3.5-4 hours.

  3.  Flight must be handled in an open area where it is legal for flying the product.
  4.  Always make contact with the local dealers for after-sale service if necessary.
  5.  Keep away from the crowed people when you fly the product.
  6.  Do not touch the rotating parts.
  7.  Make care of yourself and others around you to avoid injuries.

Operation Information

  1.  Verify that both your radio controller and product are of enough battery power before flying.

  2.  The throttle rod and the throttle trim must be set to low position before switching on the radio controller.

  3.  Start flying: Always switch on the radio controller and then the product. Stop flying: Always switch off the product and then the radio controller.

  4.  Check all the connectors and the wires before flying. Repair or replace with the new ones if necessary. The loose connectors will cause the product to lose power while flying

  5.  Keep away from people and buildings
    The flight can be unexpected and dangerous. Make sure that you keep away from people and buildings. Failure to do so will lead in the damages and injuries. We wrongly recommended that you should NOT fly on a windy and windy day. Stop flying immediately it gets bad weather. We wish you a pleasure and safe flight.

  6.  Keep away from water
    The product contains high-precision electronic parts. Take care to keep away from water. Moisture getting in will do damage to the electronic parts

  7.  Keep away from high-voltage lines

  8.  Use ONLY factory parts

  9.  We do not recommend that you operate the product alone if you are a novice operator. A novice operation can ONLY operate the product under the experts’ supervision. Always seek help with experienced operators.

  10. Do NOT operate the product when you are tired. Careless operation will unexpectedly cause The serious damages and injuries.
