• Using the spotting scope to view through a window will reduce the effectiveness of the observation.

OVERVIEW

OPERATION

Applicable occasions

Magnification adjustment

1. Set the magnification by turning the magnification adjustment wheel.
2. Slowly turn the focus wheel until the image is clear.

Using the adapter

1. Remove the eye cup from the spotting scope.
2. Loosen the bracket screws on the back and side of phone adapter bracket to expand it.
3. Place your phone in the bracket with the camera facing the eyepiece mount.
4. Ensure the camera is centred and tighten the bracket screws until the phone is secure.
5. Loosen the eyepiece mount screw and place the eyepiece mount on the spotting scope eyepiece.
6. Tighten the eyepiece mount screw until the phone adapter is secured to the spotting scope.
7. Adjust the phone and phone adapter using the bracket screws as needed until the camera image of the lens is clear.

Note: If you have a larger phone, you may need to remove its case for the phone to fit in the bracket.
