Overview

OPERATION

Cavitation effect
Ultrasonic cleaning takes advantage of the cavitation effect created by high frequency vibrations in a liquid medium. This cavitation effect creates miero bubbles that implode and then burst rapidly with great force. These bursting micro bubbles create a scrubbing action which can clean even the hardest to reach areas very effectively.
Cleaning

  1. Open the cover and put the item you wish to clean directly into the tank or the cleaning basket.
If using the cleaning basket, place items into the basket (CDs in the CD holder and watch bands on the watch holder), and then place the basket into the tank. Notes:
    • It is recommended to use the cleaning basket when cleaning small items, watchbands and CDs to reduce triction between the items and the tank.
    • The cleaning basket will absorb 30% of the ultrasonic energy. If using the cleaning basket. it is recommended to use the detergent cleaning method for best results.

  2. Fillthe tank with enough water to submerge the item, without exceeding the ‘MAX line. Note:
Operating the jewellery cleaner without water will damage it.
