Introduction

  • Please read the following instructions carefully before operating the device. Keep the instructions for further reference.
  • The refreshing fountain for your pet. A lot of cats and dogs prefer running drinking water as it seems similar to natural springs like creeks and ponds. Some pets even avoid a simple water bowl, which can lead to an insufficient water intake.
  • The Bubble Stream is an ideal solution. It provides your pet with running water and motivates your pet to drink. The running water ensures optimal oxygenation of the water and natural cooling. The integrated activated carbon filter cleans the water and provides a better taste.

First Use

  1. First of all, remove the white top of the automatic water dispenser. To do this, turn the rim of the top slightly to the outside all around the top until you can hear several locking points clicking open. Lift the top to reach the water pump. The water pump is attached to the bottom of the water container with two suction cups and is easy to remove if needed. On the side of the pump, there is a slide switch to regulate the output of the pump. When inserting the pump again, make sure that the water outlet is exactly in the center of the water container.
  2. Now fill the water container with up to 3 l of fresh water and then place the white top on the container. Make sure that the end of the funnel on the back of the top connects to the water outlet of the pump.
  3. Now connect the pump cable to the mains plug and place the water container on a level surface. Plug in the device to turn the automatic water dispenser on.

Acquainting your pet with Bubble Stream

To acquaint easily scared pets with the Bubble Stream, you could e. g. place a few treats on the rim of the water dispenser. That helps your pet to link the water dispenser to a positive experience.

General Instructions for Use

  • The pump should always be completely covered in water. Do not run the pump without water. If you can hear the pump sucking in air and it is louder than usual, the water level is too low. Fill in more water immediately.
  • For refilling, you can pour water into the automatic water dispenser carefully from the top. An alternative is to remove the top and fill the water directly into the water container.
  • Please ensure that the water level stays below the filter. Otherwise, the water cannot drain away correctly and there is the danger of the water overflowing.
  • In cases of hard water, we recommend using still mineral water instead of tap water. Using hard tap water makes frequent cleaning of the pump necessary to prevent limescale formation.
  • Disconnect the water dispenser from the main socket before you carry out any maintenance work. To disconnect the device, do not pull on the cable, but rather pull on the plug.
  • Do not run Bubble Stream if the cable or plug is damaged, after a malfunction, or after it has been dropped or damaged in any other way.
  • Do not touch any moving parts of the pump.
  • Do not use the device outdoors.
  • Please note that the product should not be disposed of with household waste. Hand it in at a disposal facility for this type of device.
