NVR Introduction
Camera Introduction
Note:
- ifferent types of cameras are introduced in this section Please check out the camera included in the package and check out the details from the correpsonding introduction above.
- The actual appearance and components may vary with different products.
Camera Installation
Please use the screws and expansion screws provided to mount the comera on the flat wall. The wall must be strong enough to hold the camera in place. (The camera shown is for illustrative purposes only.)
Installation Steps
- 1. Positioning stickers are applied to the wall at appropriate locations.
- Fix the bracket base of the camera to the wall
- Loosen the knob to adjust the camera to the right angle, and then tighten the knob.
- If you want to move the camera to the left or right, Ioosen the screws and adjust the position.
Note:
- For installation on a wooden wall, the bracket can be mounted airectly on the wall by screws.
- For installation on mosonry walls (brick. concrete or others), expansion screws need to be installed first.
Connection Diagram
- Use a DC power supply (DC12V1A ) to power the camera,
- Use a DC power supply (DC12V 2A) to power the NVR.
- Use a network cable to connect the NVR to the router through the network port
Antenna Adjustment
The NVR antenna transmits signals to the surroundings. The effect is best when the antennas of the NVR and IPC are at the same height and parallel to each other. If they cannot be at the same height, the IPC antenna should be tangent to the spherical surface with the NVR as the center of the sphere (Figure 1). Do not let the antenna point directly at the NVR (Figure 2), just place it correctly as shown in the figure below.

Local Basic Operation
Power on
- Please ensure that the access voltage meets the d requirements and that the device power cord is in good contact.
- Please ensure the monitor is connected to the video output interface of the device before power on
- After the device powers on, the power indicator will be red and the power-on image will appear on the monitor screen
Startup Wizard
After the device powers on, users can quickly configure the device through the
“Wizard”, System Languages -> Adminis trator Password -> Security Question ->
Security Email – Network Parameters -> System Time.
Note
- Afterin talling the hard drive for the first fime, the hard drive must be formatted in the Set Drive interface.
Paring
If comeras need to be paired, please pairthem by the following steps:
Methodt: In the live preview interface,click to enter the channel configuration interface and add or edit cameras
Method2: In the live preview interface, click at the bottom of the menu
to enter the Settings -> Channe Management to add o edit cameras.
Web Operation
Please access the NVR through the following web browsers: Microsoft Edge. AppleSafaris Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
Steps
- Enter the IP address of the device in the browser address bar http://IP or, if you have changed the hitp port, please enter http://IPHT TP Port (e9: http://1921681.88:89) )
- Enter the username and password on the login interface.
- Click login.

- After logging in, please follow the sustem prompts to download and instal the Web plug-in. Otherwise, some functions will not be available.
App Operation
- Scan the QR code below with your mobile phone to download and install the BitVision App.
- Search for “BitVision” in the App Store or Google Play, download and install it

FAQ
Q1: No video output image on the monitor
A:If there is no video output image on the monitor, please try the following methods: 1. Ensure the resolution of the monitor is at least 720p or above. 2. Ensure the NVR is powered on 3.Check the HD/VGA cable connection carefully, replace another cable or test the monitor.
Q2: Unable to access NVR locally
A:If the NVR cannot be accessed locally by mobile phone or computer, please try the following methods: 1. Ensure the NVR (LAN port) have been connected to the routerwith a network cable. 2. Replace another network cable to connect to the NVR network port 3.Go to Settings->System->Maintenance, and restore the factory settings.
Q3: Unable to access NVR remotely
If the NVR cannot be accessed remotely by mobile phone or computer. please try the following methods: 1. Ensure the NVR system can be accessed locally. 2. Please connect the mobile phone or PC to the same network of NVR and check if you can access any website. 3. Please restart the NVR and router, then try again
Safety Instruction

Please install the device in a well-ventilated place and do ot block the vents of the device.

Please keep the device installed horizontally, or in

stable place, and pay attention to prevent the product from falling. Please store and use the device within the allowable
humidity and moisture range. -
Please use the device within the rated input and output range. Do not drip or spill liquids on the device and ensure that items containing liquids are not placed on the device to prevent liquids from flowing into the device.

Dust on the circuit board will cause a short circut after moisture. In order to make the NVR work properly for a long time, please regularly use a brush to dust the
circuit board, connectors, case, etc. -
When cleaning the device, please do not use volatile solvents such as: alcohol, benzene or thinner, which will damage the surface coating

When cleaning the device, please unplug the power cord and completely cut off the power. The installation and construction of the device must comply with the specifications, which can refer to the relevant national or local standards

If the equipment smokes, smells or is noisy, cut off the power immediately and unplug the power plug cable:

Do not point the camera lens at cold, such as air conditioning vents, ice, etc.

Do not place the camera in a shaded area, as this may result in poor image quality. To ensure the best image quality, please place it towards a well-lit area, the lighting conditions for the comera and the captured object should be the same.

To ensure better image quality, it is recommended to clean the camera lens with a soft cloth regularly,
