How to submit a warranty claim

You can submit a warranty claim by going to support.iluv.com. On the website you will need to fillout the following: product’s date of purchase, order id, model number, and a brief description of the problem. Once the claim is submitted, our customer service representatives will contact you with instructions for product return and replacement.

Please note: This warranty does not apply to products purchased internationally through an United States commerce platform such as Amazon.com or iLuv.com

New Earbud Prep

When using the TB150s for the first time, please make sure to charge both earbuds as well as the charging case for 30 minutes. After the earbuds and the charging case is fully charged, please play test audio at 50% volume for a minimum of 15 minutes to eliminate any inconsistent sound from the earbuds.

  1. Leave earbuds in charging case for 30m

  2. Take earbuds out of the charging case

  3. Play test audio at 50% volume for 15m

Desync Fix

If the TB150s are desynced from one another please reset the connection by tapping the center of both earbud twice. If you hear a beep sound from both earbuds simultaneously then your earbuds are paired and you are good to go.

  1. Place both earbuds into your ear

  2. Tap center of both earbuds twice

Pairing Fix

TB150 earbuds are designed to automatically restore connection with the last paired device when powered on. The simplest way to restore connection is to put the earbuds back into the case and take them out after 5 seconds. If this doesn’t resolve the problem, reset your Bluetooth on your device while the earbuds are in pairing mode. If this doesn’t work, you may need to restart your mobile device.

  1. Place earbuds in charging case

  2. Close lid and take out after 5s

Charging Fix

Place both earbuds in the charging case for 15 minutes then remove them; both earbuds will automatically power on for use. Please make sure the case and earphones are charged. To confirm the case’s battery strength, plug in your USB charger and four LED’s will indicate the charging case is fully charged. Please also make sure to check if the USB adapter or the wall outlet is working.

  1. Leave earbuds in charging case for 15m

  2. Plug USB to charging case and adapter

Impacted Speaker Fix

The TB150 sound quality may decrease whenever dust or wax impacts the speaker mesh of the earbuds. Please make sure to check for impacted areas and clean the speaker mesh often to ensure good sound quality.
