Troubleshooting
-
The device does not turn on. Possible reasons: the socket is defective; overheating protection was activated. Solution: check if the socket is working correctly by plugging in another device, if necessary, reconnect the device to a working socket; unplug the device from the socket and let it cool down for 15 minutes.
-
Ingredients pour out or fall out of the vessel during operation of the device.
Possible reasons: the vessel is placed at an angle; the vessel is overfilled.
Solution: place the vessel on a flat, stable, horizontal surface; remove excess ingredients or select a larger vessel. -
Ingredients in the food processor are grated instead of shredded (or vice versa). Possible reason: the blade is not installed correctly. Solution: turn off the blender, unplug it from the socket, install the blade the other side facing up.
WARNING! If none of the possible solutions have helped you eliminate the problem, contact the supplier or a service centre. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the device yourself.
