Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Before Assembly
Before assembling or using this product, please contact our customer service if you have any questions.
Step 2: Supplied Parts and Hardware
The following parts and hardware are included:
- Support Pillar (Upper)
- Base Plate Component
- Support Pillar (Lower)
- Connecting Plate
- Hardware (Product)
- Bolt M6 x 30mm
- Washer
- Handle Bolt Plastic Cover
- Wire Clip
- Foot Pad
- Allen Key
- Bolt 4mm / 5mm M6 x 10mm
Step 3: Support Pillar Installation
- Connect two Support Pillars (23 & 34) using the Connecting Plate 5 and Bolts (H).
- Tighten the bolts using the 4mm Allen Key (H).
Step 4: Apply Foot Pads to the Base
- Hold the Support Pillar 4 with one hand and remove the plastic film from the Foot Pads (F).
- Attach the Foot Pads (F) near the four corners of the Base 1 bottom.
Step 5: Attaching the Base and Support Pillar
- Place the Base 1 on the table.
- Place Washers (B) and Bolts (A) on the base, ensuring that the clip holes of Support Pillar 4 are facing toward the backside of the base.
- Put the Plastic Cover (D) and Support Pillar 4 under the base.
- Tighten the bolts (A) using the 4mm Allen Key (G).
Step 6: Attaching the Plate Component to the Monitor
Select the appropriate screw length for your monitor.
- Thread screws by hand into the threaded holes on the back of your monitor.
- Select which screw diameter fits your monitor.
For Flat Back Monitor:
- Use shorter screws MA, MC, and ME. If the MA screw is too long, use a H5mm spacer to fix it.
For Recessed/Curved Back Monitor:
- Use longer screws MB, MD, MF.
Step 7: Attaching the Monitor to the Support Pillar
- Choose the appropriate position for your monitors and hang them onto the Support Pillar.
- Make sure the ARROW mark on the plate component is pointing upwards.
- When attaching the plate to the flat screen, be careful not to over-tighten screws and ensure that screws do not bottom out in the mounting holes.
Step 8: Cable Management
Attach Wire Clips (E) into the holes of the Support Pillar to manage cables.

CAUTION AND MAINTENANCE
- Never allow children to climb, stand, hang, or play on any part of the monitor or stand.
- This product is intended for indoor use only. Using this product outdoors could lead to product failure and personal injury.
- Check that the bracket is secure and safe to use at regular intervals (at least every three months).

NOTE: Not all hardware included will be used.

STEP 2: Support Pillar Installation
- Connect two Support Pillars ( & ) by using the Connecting Plate and Bolts (H).
- Use the 4mm Allen key (H) to tighten the bolts.
- Put Base on the table; put Washers (B) and Bolts (A) on the base; keep clip holes of 4Support Pillar toward backside then put Plastic Cover (D) and Support Pillar under the base. Then tighten the bolts (A) with the 4mm allen key (G).
STEP 3: Apply Foot Pads to the Base
- Hold the Support Pillar with one hand and tear off a plastic film of the Foot Pads (F), then attach Foot Pads (F) near the four corners of the Base bottom.
STEP 3: Attach the Plate Component to Monitor
Select Monitor Screw Length
- Thread screws by hand into the threaded holes on the back of your monitor and then select which screw diameter fits your monitor.
- When attaching a plate to the flat screen, be careful not to over-tighten screws and be sure that screws do not bottom out in the mounting holes.
Attach the Plate Component
- (a) For Flat Back Monitor
- (b) For Recessed / Curved Back Monitor
STEP 4: Attach Monitor with Plate Component to Pillar
- Choose the appropriate position for your monitors, and hang the monitors onto the Support Pillar.
STEP 5: Cable Management
- Attach Wire Clips (E) into the holes of the Support Pillar. Manage cables with the Wire Clips (E).
STEP 6: Adjustments (If necessary)
Tilt Adjustment
- Slightly loosen the tilting bolt with the Allen Key(G).
- Hold the monitor with both hands and adjust the monitor to your desired tilt angle.
- Retighten the tilting bolt to secure the monitor in place.
Note: When tilted, if the monitor sags or does not stay, and if the above method is useless, please feel free to contact our customer service.
