The lightning flash with arrow head within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of uninsulated “dangerous voltage” within the product’s enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock to persons and animals.
The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of important operating and maintenance instructions in the literature accompanying the device.
Danger!
Excessi ve sound pressure from earphones and headphones can cause hearing
loss. If you listen to loud music for a long time, your hearing may be
impaired. Set to a moderate volume.
Only use with listed power supplies in the instruction manual.
- Warning! Please refer the information on exterior enclosure for electrical and safety information before installing or operating the apparatus.
- This product is only intended to be used as a monitor. For sound playback additional headphones or speakers, possibly with its own power supply, are required. Do not use the product for any other purpose than described in this manual in order to avoid any hazardous situation. Improper use is dangerous and will void any warranty claim.
- For household use only. Do not use outdoors.
- Danger of suffocation! Keep all packaging material away from children.
- Only use under normal room temperature and humidity conditions.
- The product is only suitable for use at moderate degrees of latitude. Do not use in the tropics or in particularly humid climates.
- Do not move the product from cold into warm places and vice versa. Condensation can cause damage to the product and electrical parts.
- Do not use attachments or accessories other than recommended by the manufacturer or sold with this product. Install in accordance with this user manual.
- When installing the product, leave sufficient space for ventilation (minimum 1 0 cm around the product). Do not install in bookcases, built-in cabinets or the like.
- Do not impede ventilation by covering the ventilation openings with items, such as newspapers, tablecloths, curtains, etc. Do not insert any objects.
- Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or other products (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
- Do not shift or move the product when powered on.
- Do not touch, push or rub the surface of the product with any sharp or hard objects.
- Danger! To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this product to rain or moisture.
- The product shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the product.
- Care should be taken so that no objects or liquids enter the enclosure through openings.
- No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the product.
- Refer all servicing or a authorised service agent.
- Do not attempt to repair the product yourself. Servicing is required when the product has been damaged in any way, such as the supply cord or plug are damaged, liquid has been spilled, objects have fallen into the product, the enclosure is damaged, the product has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
- Before connecting the product to a socket outlet, make sure the voltage indicated on the product corresponds to your local mains.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent to an similarly qualified person in order to avoid hazard.
- Regularly check if the supply cord, product or extension cable is defective. lf found defective, do not put the product into operation. Immediately pull the plug.
- Place the supply cord and, if necessary, an appropriate extension cable in such away that pulling or tripping over it is impossible. Do not allow the supply cord to hang down within easy reach.
- Do not jam, bend or pull the supply cord over sharp edges.
- The power plug is used as the disconnect device; the disconnect device shall remain readily operable. To completely disconnect the power input, disconnect the mains plug.
- The product may not function properly or not react to the operation of any control due to electrostatic discharge. Switch off and disconnect the product; reconnect after a few seconds.
- Protect the supply cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at the plug, convenience receptacles and the point where it exits from the product.
- Never pull the plug by the supply cord or with wet hands.
- Disconnect the power plug in case of faults during use, during lightening storms, before cleaning and when not using the product for a longer period of time.
- Danger! Before cleaning, switch the product off and disconnect the power plug from the socket.
- When the product has reached the end of its service life, make it defective by disconnecting the plug from the socket and cutting the cord in two.
Intended use
This product is designed as monitor only. For sound playback additional headphones or speakers, possibly with its own power supply, are required. The product is not intended for any commercial or industrial use. Do not use it for other purposes. Any other use might lead to damage of the product or personal injury.
Before first time use
Remove the product and accessories carefully from the original packaging. It is recommended to keep the original packaging for storage. If you wish to dispose of the original packaging, please observe applicable legal provisions. Should you have any questions regarding proper disposal, contact your local waste management center. Inspect the delivery contents for completeness and damages. Should the delivery contents be incomplete or damaged, contact your sales outlet immediately.

Installing the stand
Mount the base and stand neck with the supplied matching screws. Now mount the
stand neck to the appropriate place on the back of the monitor with the screws
provided. Put the cover cap on the screw connection.
Connections
POWER SUPPLY
Insert the DC plug of the power adapter into the DC jack on the back of the
monitor.
HDMI, DP or VGA connection
Connect the appropriate connectors on the back of the monitor to your computer
or other suitable players using appropriate cables.
HEADPHONE CONNECTION
Connect the headphones to the Headphone jack of the device.
Note: For sound reproduction additional headphones or loudspeakers, possibly with their own power supply, are required.
Attention
Danger! Excessive sound pressure levels from ear buds and headphones can cause
hearing damage. Ustening to loud music for extended periods of time may lead
to hearing impairment. Keep the volume at reasonable levels.
Operation
TURNING THE UNIT ON/OFF
Short press the button to turn on display / open main menu, long press the
button to turn off display.
Note:
If you didn’t press any key within 4 hours, the Monitor will power off
automatically. You can reset the power off time individually from OFF / 0 to
24 under the menu setting Reset.
General settings
MENU SETTINGS
With the device switched on, press the multifunction switch to the right. The
main menu opens. Press the multifunction switch left or right to select the
desired submenu. To confirm your selection, press the multifunction switch
again to the down. You can change the settings by pressing the multifunction
switch left or right. By pressing the multifunction switch up, you return to
the corresponding upper menu. To close the main menu, press the multifunction
switch to closes.
The following main menu options are available:
- Luminance
- Image Setup
- Color Setup
- OSD Setup
- Reset
- Extra
Set menu language
The menu may be preset to English.
For easy use of the self-explanatory menu, it is advantageous to set this to
the respective native language. Proceed as follows:
- With the monitor turned on, press the multiselector switch to the right.
- Select the OSD Setup item by pressing the multi-selector left / right. Confirm the selection by pressing the multifunction switch to the down.
- The first point is Language. Select the desired language by pressing the multi-function switch left /right.
The desired language is now set. To exit the menu, press the multifunction switch to closes .
Reset settings to factory settings
- With the monitor turned on, press the multifunction switch to the right.
- Select the Reset menu item by pressing the multifunction switch left / right. Confirm the selection by pressing the multifunction switch to the down.
- If necessary, select Reset by pressing the multi-function switch up / down. Press the multifunction switch to the right to confirm the reset. All previously made individual settings have now been reset and the menu is closed.
Select input
- With the monitor turned on, push the multifunction switch to the left.
- Select the desired input, HDMI, DP or VGA by pressing the multifunction switch up/down.
- Confirm the selection by pressing the multifunction switch to the right.
Set picture characteristic
- With the monitor turned on, press the multi-selector switch up until the desired image has been set. You can choose from:
- Confirm the selection by pressing themultifunction switch to the left or wait a few seconds until the symbol disappears.
Cleaning and Care
- Always unplug the power supply from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Caution! Water must not enter the device.
- Clean the housing with a slightly damp cloth. Clean the display with special screen cleaning cloths.
- Do not use any sharp, abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents.
- Do not use any chemicals (e.g. gas, alcohol) to clean the housing.
