Attention

• Avoid the pan body coming into contact with cold water when hot, to prevent an explosion.
• When plugging in the power supply, ensure a good connection by plugging it securely.
• Keep the plug and socket dry. Do not use wet hands to plug in the power supply to avoid electric shock
• Do not heat the appliance in the microwave or place items out of its temperature range in the pot.
• Avoid placing your face or hands close to the appliance when it’s working to prevent scalding. Do not cover the steam outlet with rags or other articles to avoid accidents.
• Do not touch the appliance when it is working at high temperature.
• Keep the water level below the maximum level to prevent eruptions.
• Unplug when not in use for a long time and clean it.
• Do not immerse the pot body in water to avoid damaging the appliance.
• If the product experiences dry burning, immediately cut off the power supply, allow it to cool, and then re-use. Do not touch the pan body with your hands. Do not add cold water at this time to prevent an explosion.
• Avoid knocking the appliance to prevent damage and accidents.

Operation Instructions

• Initial Use or Prolonged Non-Use
  • If the appliance is being used for the first time or hasn’t been used for an extended period, please add some water (below the maximum line).
  • Boil the water once or twice to clean the pan. The water is not suitable for consumption during this process.
• Plug and Standby
  • After plugging in the power, all lights on the control panel will illuminate for about 1 second, then they will turn off, and the appliance will enter standby mode.
• Setting an Appointment
  • Before starting, press the “Preset/Keep Warm” button to enter the appointment mode (default is 1 hour). Press “+” or “-” to set the appointment time (ranging from 1-12 hours).
  • The appointment feature is not available for Hot Pot or frying.
  • The indicator light will flash three times to indicate appointment mode.
• Selecting and Cancelling Functions
  • In standby mode, press the “Function/Cancel” button to set the desired function.
  • You can cycle through available functions.
  • The indicator light will flash three times, returning to standby mode. Pressing the “Function/Cancell” button will stop the current operation.
• Timing and Power Adjustment
  • For functions like braising, congee, and making soup, when starting the operation, press “+” or “-” to adjust the working time.
  • For frying, you can adjust the power from P1 to P5 using the same buttons.
• Fry
  • The default power is P5 for frying. Press “+” or “-” to adjust the power from P1 to P5.
  • There’s no limit on the working time for this function. After finishing the cooking process, the appliance will return to standby mode.
• Saute
  • The default power is P5. You can press “+” or “-” to adjust the power from P1 to P5. The default working time is two hours, and it cannot be adjusted.
  • After cooking, the appliance will go into standby mode.
  • Braised
  • The default time is 60 minutes. Press “+” or “-” to adjust the working time, with a range from 1-99 minutes. When cooking is finished, the appliance will switch to the keep warm mode.
• Stew
  • The default time is 60 minutes. Press “+” or “-” to adjust the working time, with a range from 1-99 minutes. When cooking is finished, the appliance will switch to the keep warm mode.
• Steam
  • The default time is 30 minutes. Press “+” or “-” to adjust the working time, with a range from 1-99 minutes. When cooking is finished, the appliance will switch to the keep warm mode.
• Preset
  • Under standby mode (digital display tube showing “-” and indicator light off), press and hold the “Preset” button. The digital display will show “bb” and then go to standby mode.
  • Remark: The default keep warm time is 24 hours, and it cannot be set in appointment mode or working time. After finishing the keep warm mode, the appliance will go into standby mode.
• Cue Tone
  • After plugging in the power, the appliance will produce a sound “D.”
  • Every time you press the button, the appliance will produce a sound “D.”
  • After finishing the working process, the appliance will produce the sound “D-D-D, D-D-D, D-D-D” three times.

Maintenance and Upkeep

Cleaning Method

• a. Unplug the appliance before cleaning and wait for it to cool.
• b. You can clean the pan body and glass cover with dishwashing liquid and a sponge. Avoid using a hard wire to prevent damage.
• c. Wipe the pan body with a wet towel; do not use corrosive liquids for cleaning
• d. Do not immerse the power cord or the entire product in water to clean, as this could cause water damage to the appliance.
• e. If the appliance will not be used for an extended period, please clean it and pack it in the box. Store it in a ventilated, dry place to prevent moisture buildup.
• f. This appliance includes some detachable parts. For safety reasons, clean and store them in their original positions to keep them in good condition.
• g. Do not use high-temperature disinfection methods on this product.
