BATTERY CASE CHARGING INDICATOR

To re-initiate Bluetooth Pairing, disconnect the earbuds from the connected device. The earbuds will automatically initiate Bluetooth Pairing mode after.

MASTER RESET

Manually disconnect the earbuds from your device. While the earbuds are outside of the charging case, tap both earbuds four times, then press and hold the earbuds for 2 seconds. Both earbuds’ LED indicators will flash white three times,  then power off. Creative Zen Air DOT will then reset to factory default.
Master Reset is reserved for cases where users encounter issues while earbuds are in use or during situations such as: Bluetooth Pairing failure, failure to pair secondary earbud with the main earbud, or to reset all data.

COMMON CONNECTIVITY ISSUES

This article highlights a phenomena and recommendation for music cutting out and earbuds that do not stay connected. When pairing a smart mobile device with the earbuds, the signal is strongest when there is a line-of-sight between  the pairing devices.
If the signal passes through the body, which is mostly made up of water fluid, it may get absorbed, which may result in pairing difficulty. If the mobile device is already connected to the earbuds, it may result in signal lost or the earbuds  may get disconnected.

The Creative Limited Hardware Warranty (the “Warranty”) does not cover (but not limited to) consumable parts, such as  batteries or protective coatings that, due to their nature, tend to diminish over time; normal wear and tear, accidents or misuse. You must provide Creative proof of original purchase of the Product by a dated itemized receipt to be eligible  for the Warranty. If a Defect arises and a valid claim is received during the applicable Warranty Period, Creative will at its sole option, service the Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts at our sole discretion.  Warranty benefits are in addition to rights provided under local consumer laws.
For Australia only: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods  of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
