Product Information
The XHD Corner Guards, Rear; JK & JKU (Part #11615.20 11615.21) are designed to protect the corners of your vehicle and enhance its appearance. The package includes Left Corner Guard, Right Corner Guard, C-Style Trim, Long M8 Bolt, M6 Bolt, Nut Plate, M8 Hex Nut, M6 Hex Nut, M6 Washer, M8 Washer, Bent Nut Plate, and Long Nut Plate.

Product Usage Instructions
- Remove taillights and license plate housing from the vehicle.
- With the help of a second person, align the Left Corner Guard using the fuel filler neck and body lines as a guide.
- Mark four holes and set the Left Corner Guard aside.
- Using a 1/8 drill, make a pilot hole at the marked locations. Then, using a step bit, open the hole to 3/8.
- Slide the C-Style Trim onto the Left Corner Guard.
- Align the Left Corner Guard with the vehicle using the previously drilled holes, fuel filler neck, and body line.
- Attach the Left Corner Guard to the vehicle using the supplied Nut Plate, Long M8 Bolt, M8 Nut, and M8 Washer.
- Repeat steps 2-6 for the right side.
- Attach the Right Corner Guard to the vehicle using the M8 Bolt, M8 Washer, Long Nut Plate, and Bent Nut Plate.
- Reattach the taillights.
- For replacing the OE License Plate Light, it is recommended to use Rugged Ridge LED License Plate Bolts (#11233.10).
- Using the supplied M6 hardware, attach the License Plate Bracket to the Left Corner Guard. A small hole can be drilled in the Left Corner Guard just behind the License Plate Bracket for license plate light wires.

Installation Instruction

Remove taillights and license plate housing from the vehicle.

With a second person, align the Left Corner Guard using fuel filler neck and body lines as a guide.

Mark four holes. Set the Left Corner Guard aside.

Using a 1/8” drill, make a pilot hole at marked locations. Using a step bit, open the hole to 3/8”.
WARNING
Thin sheet metal can cause standard drill bits to grab. This could cause injury or damage to the vehicle. -
Slide C-style Trim onto the Left Corner Guard as shown.

Align the Left Corner Guard with the vehicle using previously drilled holes, fuel filler neck, and body line.

Attach the Left Corner Guard to the vehicle using the supplied Nut Plate, Long M8 Bolt, M8 Nut, and M8 Washer.

Repeat steps 2-6 for right side.

Attach the Right Corner Guard to the vehicle using the M8 Bolt, M8 Washer, Long Nut Plate, and Bent Nut Plate.

Reattach taillights.
NOTICE: It is recommended to use Rugged Ridge LED License Plate Bolts (#11233.10) to replace the OE License Plate Light. -
Using supplied M6 hardware, attach the License Plate Bracket to the Left Corner Guard.
NOTICE: A small hole can be drilled in the Left Corner Guard just behind the license plate Bracket for license plate light wires.
