Product Information: This product is an outdoor frame
structure that needs to be secured to the ground to withstand
strong winds. The user manual provides step-by-step instructions
for assembling the product. The manual also includes a list of
parts and hardware required for assembly. Product Usage
Instructions: 1. Prepare the ground: – Level the ground before
installation. 2. Check parts and hardware: – Make sure you have all
the parts and hardware mentioned in “List 1” and “List 2” in the
manual. 3. Correct screw holes: – Use the hole position correction
drill to correct any unsymmetrical screw holes. 4. Assembly
instructions: – Use part A7 to connect part A1 (A4) and part A2
(A3) respectively. – Form the bottom frame with part A5 and fix it
with screws 1# and plastic gaskets. – Ensure that the four corners
are right angles. – Check if the two diagonal distances of the
square are equal using a tape measure. 5. Fixing corners: – Fix the
corners with part A and fasten them with screws 1# and plastic
gaskets. 6. Securing the frame to the ground: – Prepare bolts to
secure the frame to the ground. 7. Installing wall panels: –
Install part C/J2/C1 with screws 2#, gaskets, and nuts. – Place the
assembled wall (C/J2/C1) on the bottom frame (A1) and use screws 1#
and gaskets to fix it. – Place part J on the bottom frame (A5) and
use screws 1# and gaskets to fix it. – Repeat the above procedure
to assemble the other side. – Fix part C3 to part C1 (C2) with
screws 3#, gaskets, and nuts. 8. Installing side panels: – Place
part J/C/J1 on the bottom frame (A4/A5) and use screws 1# and
gaskets to fix it. 9. Fixing plastic caps: – Install part H5 with
screws 9# and gaskets. – Repeat the above procedure to assemble the
other side. – Use part H7 to connect part H3 and part H4 and fix
them with screws 3#, gaskets, and nuts. – Install the assembled
parts H3/H4 with screws 9# and gaskets. – Put on the plastic caps.
10. Installing part J1/J2: – Use screws 1# and gaskets to fix them
on the bottom frame. – Fix part H3/H4/H5 to part J1/J2 with screws
9# and gaskets. – Put on the plastic caps. 11. Installing part B: –
Connect part B1 and part B2. – Insert part B7 and B8 on the inside
of part B1/B2 with screws 12# and gaskets. – Insert part B7 on the
inside of part B3/B4 with screws 12# and gaskets. 12. Enclosing the
frame: – Enclose with part B1/B2, part B3/B4, and 2 part B5. –
Connect the four corners with part B and fix them with screws 12#
and gaskets. – Fix 2 part C4 on part B1, part B2 with screws 9# and
gaskets. 13. Installing the beam: – Place the assembled beam
(B1/B2, B3/B4, B5) on the upper end of the wall panel. – Fix it
with screws 1# and gaskets. 14. Fixing the upper end: – Fix the
upper end of part C1/C2 with part B1/B2 and part C4 using screws
3#, nuts, and gaskets. 15. Top frame assembly: – Splice part D1/D2,
clamp the two sides of part E and part D, and tighten with screws
3#, gaskets, and nuts. 16. Completing the assembly: – Put the top
frame on the beam (B1, B2, B3, B4) and fix it with 16 screws 1# and
gaskets. Please refer to the user manual for any additional
instructions or safety precautions.
