The floor frame must be level and square or holes will not align. (Notice: Measure the floor frame diagonally. When the diagonal measurements are equal, the floor frame is square.)
Make the colored side of the steel plate outward 
Put the side with fewer holes facing up.
Put the side with fewer holes facing up.
Put the side with fewer holes facing up. 
The 2 screws fixed in this step need to be removed and reinstalled later in the following steps.
Remove the 2 screws installed in Step19 and then do this step.
Screws on the top panel can’t be fixed too tightly in the beginning, and they can only be tightened after all holes are aligned.
