INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the front bolts on each fender using 10mm socket/wrench. See Photo 1.

Pull the front of the fenders loose. See Photo 2.

Open the hood and remove the 4 bolts securing the bumper using a 10mm socket/wrench. See Photo 3.

Unplug the wiring harnesses connected to the bumper. **See Photo 4.

Remove the lower bumper bolts underneath the bumper using a 10mm socket/wrench. See Photo 5.

Slowly pull the bumper off by working your way across the front the vehicle. See Photo 6.

Lay the bumper down on a cloth and remove the wiring clips from the bumper using a trim remove tool to relocate out the way of the light bar. See Photo 7 and **Photo 8.

Remove the inside bolts on the frame using a 17mm socket/wrench and install the Dr and Pass side brackets using the stock bolts. See Photo 9.

Install the light bar to the brackets using the hardware supplied with the lights. See Photo 10.
NOTE: The brackets have slotted holes to allow for leveling due to slight manufacturing variations in the frame -
Run the light bar wiring as desired to the power source. Be sure to keep away from hot or moving parts.

Reinstall the bumper in reverse order.
