Goldstrike™ front FENDER EXTENSION

Parts Included:
1 Front fender extension
1 Fender ﬁller strip hardware kit

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Park on a level surface and shut oﬀ the motorcycle. Lift motorcycle onto its center stand if available. Ensure the engine has time to cool before installation.
Test ﬁt the fender extension to familiarize yourself with its location. Then clean the inside of the front fender in the mounting area with hot water and soap to remove all dirt and debris.
Attach the included drill template stickers aligning it to the front and botom edges to the fender. (FIG.1)
Use a 1/4” or 6mm drill bit and carefully drill through the fender on both sides then remove the template stickers.
ATTENTION: Use a piece of wood or other hard material to protect the tire from the drill bit. (FIG.1)
ATTENTION: Thoroughly clean the mounting surfaces with denatured alcohol to remove all wax, oil, and residue.
NOTE: New motorcycles are delivered from the factory covered in protective oil. Remove it before installing this product.
NOTE: Do not install if the temperature is below 50° F. The adhesive will not cure properly.
Apply the adhesion promoter to the mounting area on the inside of the fender following the directions on the package.
Remove the red adhesive backer and carefully install the fender extension. Firmly press the extension to the fender.
Install the square nuts on the inside of the fender and thread the M6 x 8mm BHCS into them. (FIG.2, FIG.3)
