Uniteck-300-B-Unifix-Basic-Mounting-Bracket-PRODUCT

Product Information

The CHARGE UNIFIX is a mounting bracket designed for fixing Unisun photovoltaic panels or equivalent. It comes in two variants: 300 B and 500 B.

  • 300 B Dimensions: A – 1070 mm, B – 1100 mm
  • 500 B Dimensions: A – 1120 mm, B – 1150 mm

The Unifix brackets are made of galvanized steel and come with corrosion- resistant stainless-steel screws, making them suitable for outdoor use. They have a multi-position tilting system that allows for optimization of panel performance based on the chosen orientation.

The electrical performance of the panels varies based on the inclination and orientation. The performance percentages are as follows:

| East| South-East| South| South-West| West
---|---|---|---|---|---
93% Inclination| 93%| 93%| 93%| 93%| 93%
45% Inclination| 90%| 96%| 100%| 96%| 90%
25% Inclination| 78%| 88%| 91%| 88%| 78%
0% Inclination| 55%| 66%| 68%| 66%| 55%

Product Usage Instructions

To install the Unifix bracket, follow these steps:

  1. Select a suitable flat surface (e.g., wall, concrete floor, wood frame) for mounting.
  2. Ensure that the surface is horizontal or vertical.
  3. Align the bracket with the chosen surface and mark the drilling points.
  4. Drill holes at the marked points.
  5. Securely fix the bracket using the provided stainless-steel screws.
  6. To optimize panel performance, adjust the tilting angle of the bracket based on the desired orientation.

Note: For connecting the panel, regulator, and battery, it is recommended to use the Uniconnect 1.6 handy kits for improved electrical performance and simplified installation.

Dear customer, thank you for purchasing one of our Uniteck products. Please read all the instructions carefully and thoroughly before using the product.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Mount Unifix brackets only on surfaces with sufficient bearing capacity. Consider the additional load with the panel:

Support Panels

Unifix 300 B = 9.2 kg

Unifix 500 B = 11.2 kg

  • Fastening: to prevent large quantities of snow from accumulating behind the sensor, install appropriate barrier grids. The position of the solar panel influences your electrical production. Choose the most optimal inclination and orientation that suits your environment. Avoid shaded areas or objects that are a source of shadow (eg tree).

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Take the appropriate mesures to prevent accidents during your mounting steps.
  • If the bracket and the mounting tools are exposed to sunlight for a long period, there is a risk of getting burnt. Make sure to protect yourself accordingly.
  • When finished, check and ensure that all of your brackets and panels are fixed properly.
