HOW TO SUBSTITUTE THE BATTERY BEFORE IT GETS LOW
In the Techla machine, placed on the electronic board, there is a CR2032
battery. After some years, the battery can become low and important
information can be lost. To prevent this inconvenience, it is suggested to
change the battery after 3 or 4 years of suggested

HOW TO MECHANICALLY ADJUST THE AUTO Z
The auto Z sensor can have two different problems: 1) if the diamond tip does
not engrave the tag, even after the parameters modification the issue
persists, it could be because the Z axes touches too much early the auto Z
sensor and, when this happens, the sensor of the tip is always activated, and
its light is on. This should be fixed manually.
2) If the diamond tip engraves too deep the tag, even after the parameters
modification the issue persists, it means that the sensor of the tip does not
recognize the tag immediately and it goes deeper. This should be fixed
manually.
FIRST CASE In this case the sensor is too close to the metallic part connected
with it.
PROCEDURE Open the machine, remove the top and the aluminum rounded body. It
is necessary to create some space between the black plastic part/the sensor
and the metallic part (to
do that, you can use a flat screwdriver) At the end, put again the small screw
and close the machine.
48
SECOND CASE In this case the sensor is too far to the metallic part connected
with it.
Open the machine, remove the top and the aluminum body. Unscrew the small
screw (in red):
Insert a small “spacer” to put between the black plastic part (the auto Z
sensor) and the grey metal block. Here below an example of the spacer that can

HOW TO BEND THE LEAF SPRING OF THE CARRIAGE
When the packaging is not stable inside the carriage, it could be that the
leaf spring must be bent. To do this operation, the machine must be opened:
unscrew the four screws placed on the top and
remove it together with the rounded part in order to have access to the
carriage. It could be useful to also open the maintenance window, in the front
part of the machine. Once the machine is opened, please scan this following QR
code to watch the video tutorial:
https://youtu.be/2p_o9oA5VMc When the
packaging is entering correctly, close the machine.
